I recently bought a lovely angel necklace from this company.
The necklace came in good time and was exactly as seen on the website.
But what was really special and made the necklace even more appealing was the lovely box and how it was presented which was really pretty. The added extra of a small packet of love hearts was a great extra touch as well.

I have bought many of the angel callers and I am totally besotted with them. My friends love them too when i have given them theirs . I have ordered 3 more as Christmas presents

I ordered left & ring ornate angel wings, one for me & one for my best friend & I could not be happier!
My best friend doesn't live in this country anymore, so I wanted something a bit different but so that she knows I am always here for her and I am so glad I came across this website.
I ordered at 8.40am and they were delivered by 10am the next day - just with the standard postage & I was kept informed of my order with regular emails, brilliant service.

I bought the Angel Wings pendant for my daughter in law as she had a pair of angel wings tattoo on her back and although I'm not one for tattoos it does look lovely. The gift is for Christmas and I am looking forward to her reaction. My son loves it.
It is beautifully wrapped and came with a small packet of love hearts.

As I've used Purple Enchantments once before, so I decided to turn to Jo-Anne again to purchase a birthday present for a friend. My original option had an imperfection and Jo-Anne contacted me to inform me of this (I doubt any other internet seller would do the same). She asked if I wanted if wanted a similar item, with the cost remaining the same.
As my friend had given me three choices to chose from, Jo-Anne kindly let me have my other choice and gave me a small discount.
I received it in the post this morning (was posted the previous morning). It came in a gorgeous purple box, with a mini packet of Love Hearts (love this simple touch) and she carefully wrapped it in tissue paper with an extra card.
Once again excellent service from a wonderful seller with a personal touch.

A friend sent me one of your bracelets as a birthday present- I loved the vibrant red colour and it reminded me of the glass beads they make on the island of Murano in Venice. I wear it a lot and several people have commented on it. The only thing that I would change is that when you send it to a third party that you include a little greeting card ( like florists do) so that the recipient knows who it is from. When I received mine there was no such note and I thought it was a complimentary gift from your company! Luckily, she did ask if I had received anything in th post! Nikki How

It was small and delicate but felt it could of had more detail engraved in.

The owner immediately emailed when she realised their was delay due to a cracked stone. So no knowingly faulty goods ever sent out.
