the most dishonest company I have experienced

bought an item from this company for around £10. item arrived in reasonable time and I thought that was the end of it. I had several debits coming off each month, including for subscriptions (which coincidently was around £20 a month) so when I seen the transaction for £19.95 I didn't think anything wrong. over time I forgot all about this company. after a couple of years, my subscriptions had all stopped yet I noticed I was still having £19.95 removed from my account. they had removed a total of £560 from my account. they are thieves, no other word for them. google redsave, you will get a full page of complaints, their site is on the second page of searches. if only I'd known this before. now I'm faced with taking them to court (somewhere they have had a lot of experience with)

AWFUL

Don't go there. Purchased some stuff from them over a year ago - still no refund, no responses to small claims court proceedings - absolutely abysmal service.

Thieves...... DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I have purchased an item for £1.98 on 22/12/2011 then just found two unauthorised transactions on my account for £19.95 on 23/01/12 and 22/02/12 as well. so be very very careful not to use this pure scam company. I will go after them until I get all my money back and for the time wasted on finding out this scum-backs.

Such a scam of a company

Bought a valentine's present from this company didn't realise I had 'signed up' to some scam of a 'subscription' ended up getting charged over £100 for a small gesture of a present. Will never use again and would strongly advise you not to buy from there! Will be reporting to trading standards also.

They at least used to send the goods

I was scammed by this company 3 years ago and was part of class action for their deceptive approach to ongoing deductions that for various reasons did not go anywhere. At least I got the goods, but it still seems that their website is unclear and they should make it very clear that you are joining a club before they allow the transaction for their goods. Keep reporting them to trading standards and spread the worrd!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I used this company for some Christmas presents as they were by far the cheapest. I'm still waiting for the items to appear, I've contacted them on numerous occasions and no reply.
This company is a FRAUD and scamming people for money, we cancelled our membership and they are still charging us £19.95 per month

Fraudulent company do not buy from them

I ordered some Lego from this company as they were the cheapest. My account was debited immediately. After 2wks I had not received my Lego and my order status was showing as 'processing'. I contacted them to enquire about delivery time. No reply was received. After a few days I submitted a cancel order request ad to cancel membership following up with an email. Still no reply. A few days later I sent another email stating that I am going to contact my bank to do a chargeback, contact the police via action fraud to report this scam and also watchdog. Still no reply. As my order was over £10 my bank will refund via chargeback which most debit and credit cards offer. They have also just debited my account for £19.95 which I will also need to do a chargeback for. I have reported this crime via action fraud online. Please do not buy from this company but if it is too late contact your bank and do a chargeback and report this crime to action fraud. The more complaints are made the sooner this company will be stopped trading and no one else will need to be a victim.

Scam - Con - No Care for Customers!

I originally used this site because I want to buy a board game, it was slightly cheaper than anywhere else. What I didn't know is that they were going to charge me £19.95 per month and sign me up to a subscription that I did not ask for!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE MONEY!

Do not use this site!

I initially ordered 1 item back in January with a 5-10 delivery. 3 weeks later nothing was recieved so after emailing, i was told it would be a further 3-5 days. Yet still nothing, by this point it was a month and i was then charged for becoming a member which I was not informed of when signing up! Since then I have asked to be refunded which I am still waiting to have happen. Although they do respond to my emails quickly saying they will do as I ask. 2 months later, I am yet to see any actions taking place! I want this message passed around so others dont have what has happened to myself!

Run Away !!!!!!!!!!! Avoid at all costs !!!!!!!

I ordered three items from Redsave prior to Christmas based on the promise of 3 to 5 working day delivery being advertised on the web site when I ordered the goods so thought they should be there in good time.
The confirmation e-mail then stated 5 to 10 working days !! Not what I had signed up for at all. I then e-mailed them to request confirmation of delivery and got nothing back, I then asked for an immediate refund and then lo and behold received an e-mail to say the goods had been posted. My children are autistic so you can imagine the pressure that I am under for specific items.
I received two of the items I ordered. They wrote on the invoice that accompanied them that they had refunded the cost of the missing item, a Barbie House for £38.72. I have e-mailed them on numberous occasions to date and they have still not refunded this amount to me.
I sent a cancellation e-mail to them the same day regarding the extra cost of the membership which was well within the days allowed for cancellation and they still took £19.95 from my account in January.
My advice to you is if you have ordered anything from them and are thinking like me that you have cancelled any potential subscription rip off issue by sending the e-mail, do what I did and cancel your card or they will take the money and will argue the fact that they have done so legitimately.
I have to date not received back either the refund of the cost of the Barbie House, £38.72 or the additional £19.95.
I am a single mum of three children and I work hard every day to earn money for my family so I don't have to rely on benefits. I cannot afford to lose any money let alone nearly £60.00.
They ought to be closed down they are so fraudulent. Hold onto your money folks and don't even go here.
They do not answer the phone and never reply to e-mails except for the first one threatening to cancel your order. How is that the action of a legitimate business.
Stick to Argos and Toys R Us at least they have good customer service and do actually refund you for non issue of goods and replace items and don't leave your children distressed.

How on earth!

Ordered a Christmas Present from Redsave.com on 13/12/12. Still nothing and no refund or explanation.
Then I notice the stealth membership I was signed up for.

Pretty much the same as every other posting on various forums.

The question is they have been investigated/etc since 2008 and yet they are still at it.

Do not give this company your money/business or even a hit on thier website.
(It has been very hard to type a posting and not swear!).

SCAM!!!!!

I ordered a gift from Redsave for my boyfriend on 14th December 2012 expecting it to arrive for Christmas, but it did not. After numerous emails (they are not contactable by phone) some of which were answered and some just plan ignored I was told my item would be with me before Christmas, was then fobbed off that the supplier had been contacted, then got sent a lost Royal Mail form, and despite numerous emails of me continuing to chase I’m now just being ignored, yet they still haven’t issued me a refund!! Any communication I have had has been from the 'Scott' everyone else mentions
A complete scam – do not buy with this company!!!
I too am in the process of taking this further to have my money returned.

As everyone has already said - SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!

If I could give this company zero stars, even that would be too many. I ordered a gift from Redsave for a family member on 12th December 2012 thinking it would certainly arrive in time for Christmas, how wrong was I?!!! After numerous emails (as they are not contactable by telephone) I was told my item had been delayed, then was told it had been lost in the post, then I was told they have cancelled my item and will issue a refund. This took me to the first week of January. The infamous 'Scott' who I see everyone else mentions on here told me by email my refund is being processed with their accounts department. I have been told this every week now since the beginning of January. Total and utter bull! They are nothing but thieves! **BEWARE OF THE FAKE MEMBERSHIP THEY SIGN YOU UP TO UPON ORDERING AND THEN START TAKING £19.95 A MONTH FROM YOUR BANK ACCOUNT!!** I am in the process of taking this further. How they are still allowed to trade and con people out of their money is an utter disgrace. AVOID THIS "COMPANY" AT ALL COSTS!!

SCAM - SCAM - SCAM

Here's the story my friends...

I placed 4 different orders to be sent to 4 different friends of mine as presents for their kids as I thought I had the perfect present at the right price... (naive me, lol)

Well, I have spoken to 2 of them yesterday and they have both not received anything.

I emailed Redsave and they sent me an email to:

1- Print PDF "missing good form" and complete it so they can look into the lost items

2- Pop over the post office and Send it to a PO BOX address and they'll get back to me.

Simple right? I emailed back asking for a refund as I am not prepared to waste my time going to the post office, specially after reading all these comments about the company.

If you call their 0845 number, there is an automatic response asking to submit any queries by email. Why on earth having a phone number in the first place? to appear like a genuine business??

Well my friends, stay well away from them... I will be checking with Trading Standards.

[ EDIT February the 20th - the 4 orders I placed have not been sent after more than 3 weeks. Will be reporting to Trading standards]
