We upgraded to the treadle feeder 1031 15kg and it arrived fully assembled but internal divider inside was not aligned in one of the screw heads but was easily resolved. our phone contact for advice before and after purchase was helpful and the "girls" have quickly got used to it and we have less, if any, crows/rooks.

Really impressed with this company, they have a great range. Delivery was fast, and when I had an item damaged in transit, they sent a replacement that day, completely free, with no questions asked!

Another time, there was an item out of stock, they called me to advise and arranged a speedy refund.

Would def recommended!

Very happy with product. Unfortunately, my chickens seem to be very dense and can't or won't work out how to use it. I purchased the tall version of the feeder and whether it is the small feeder hole they don't like putting their heads in or the fact that the feeder is aluminium and shiny I am not sure. I have left the treadle plate fixed down with a brick for a few days, but they still don't seem to want to use it. Can you advise please?

The telephone advice was spot on and helpful. I ordered the product which were delivered in super speedy time, well packaged. I followed the online assembly instructions which were so easy. The prices are competitive and paid via paypal so have additional cover. Absolutely fabulous company. I will be going to Regency Poultry first for my chicken keeping needs in the future
