Poor service and bad communication

I purchased several items at once. One of which is a pre-order item. Renchi charged the pre-order item at once, unlike play-asia who would only charge once item is shipped. Not only that, play-asia would actually ship the items as they arrive with no additional cost. Renchi demanded that I pay an additional $6 for postage to be to be shipped as they arrive, which is no big deal. Problem is, item was shipped 1 week later after I have agreed to bear the additional cost. Of note, Renchi promised that they would ship the item as soon as possible when I queried them via email. In this case, "as soon as possible" meant a week!!!

Purchase from Play-asia instead of this crap!!
