Used the website with ease and found the price the cheapest on the net for my particular item (D.I.D 529 ert2 chain). Excellent product btw, very pleased with it!

The delivery was very quick, arrived on the quoted date, very pleased with this.

The only thing i would say is that the packaging was a bit tatty when i received the package, i realise that my parcel contained a strong item but for more delicate items a bit more care could be taken when being packaged.

Was told I would have product last Friday to Yesterday still have not received goods hope it comes tomorrow, I paid extra for a quicker delivery as product is for a birthday present and I am quite disappointed that I still haven't received it.

Delivery was going to be delayed due to unavailablity of stock. They phoned to explain the situation and told me the options and likely best delivery date. In the end I got the goods I wanted in advance of the time they were expected in.

I ordered knee protectors that was way cheaper than anybody else. Thought maybe a catch but there wasn't. Even next day delivery ... spot on.

The item I requested was out of stock. The company quickly offered an alternative product, but I needed to stick with the original one. They kept me up to date on the restocking and told me immediately when it was in stock and dispatched the item that night. It arrived the next morning. Can't say fairer than that!
