Prompt delivery. Even when I had a problem, it was quickly resolved

Easy to navigate webstore with all the top brands are very competitive prices/deals. Easy payment method which lots of these stores struggle with.

Super efficient and friendly customer service - totally on the ball and went the extra mile to make sure my delivery went out same day despite been close to the cutoff dealine.

Ordered 3.55pm on Wednesday and arrived 11.30am the following morning.

Good product

my order came in time for Christmas
but the order was picked wrong. I only ordered two different aromas.
so 5 stars for delivery but 1 star for order fulfilment.

Where to start, price was excellent, website was so easy to navigate, payment secure and to cap it all off no sooner had I ordered it was literally within 48 hours and a new shiny tray of Original Amsterdam Gold.
Service that is hard to beat!

Struggled with my anxiety for many years. Nearly 50 now and the arthritis is settling in as well. Was sceptical about trying CBD oil. But so glad I did I feel much happier and confident within myself. And the arthritis is still there as it always will be but it is much much better. Thanks.

Excellent service nice quick delivery and good value for money

I did order a certain product as it was in stock but was sent a replacement instead which I was not told about before hand.
I don't like the replacement product so just chucked it away.

Would not recommend at all as product was in stock online when ordered to be sent an email the following morning that item was out of stock and they could offer a cheap version of what I wanted or a refund.
I asked for a refund but they have taken the funds from account rather than refund.
I have emailed to advise company and still waiting on a response

It’s amazing what leaving a bad review does for company ratings, now been paid a full refund.
Still no communication at all from company though.

I can't recommend Room Aromas highly enough.
Their prices are competitive but the reassurance of their amazing customer service tops anything.
I did have an issue of a delivery that was not (and still not) received but they sent a replacement by a different courier which turned up very quickly.

I placed my order with with a different shipping address to Billing address. I paid for the next day delivery (which arrived over a week later) after a few days when I asked where my parcel was I was told it was at my billing address. When I got to that address to pick it up (several hours drive away) it was not there. It did eventually arrive 8 days later at the shipping address with no refund for my next day shipping costs.

Excellent service. Ordered one day and received the next day. Well done.
