Rug Runner 

The worst experience ever! I found a runner for my stairs i wanted to order in June. After having my installer measure and tell me how much I needed to order I proceeded to place order the first week of July. Unfortunately when I went to order it was out of stock. I emailed customer service and they said it would be back in stock in 4 weeks. I kept watching their website and 6 weeks later the product showed it was in stock so I ordered it on August 21, 2019. In August 22, 2019 I get an email stating the product did not meet their quality inspections and they would not be able to ship it to me. I was advised I could pick another product or I could wait ONE week for a replacement product to arrive. I emailed back the SAME day and said I would wait ONE week. I received no response. Six days later I check my order status and she a comment that they are “awaiting customer response” so I email AGAIN, replying to the original email I received with my response and asked why my status said this only to get a response that they were so sorry they “missed” my email response. Now, it has been 3 weeks and my order status still states that they are awaiting product despite the fact that if u try to order online it shows they product is in stock. I cannot get a response from customer service to my emails. My next step is to report fraud to my credit card. Do NOT purchase from this company if you want the product within a reasonable time frame. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

Purchased rug and paid for. received email saying not in stock and would i like money back. still not received money back and has not answered email or returned phone call

The rug is lovely - exactly as expected. There was an issue with delivery as their computer system went down and orders were disrupted as a consequence - so I guess that was not their fault. I did have to call a few times before I got an explanation so that let them down a bit.

Rug runners offers a great range of different styles, colours and sizes of rugs and is by far the best site I have found that sells rugs. The price of the rugs is also slightly below the average price I found at other retailers making rug runners my preferred choice when I am purchasing rugs.

I wanted to buy a dense pile rug and decided to look on the internet and found Rugrunner to be the best quality/price and the customer service is outstanding.

Rugrunner provided a very outstanding service for me. They provided me with all the information I needed to make my purchase. The selection of rugs was excellent, And would definitely recommend this to anyone.

I was very pleased with the overall customer service at rugrunner, honestly I don't think I've spoken to people who are as helpful and pleasant, they had a good laugh over the phone with me, but on the other hand genuinely helped me out when I had my questions.

I found the experience excellent because Rug Runner's price was best after i had visited multiple websites. In addition the 10% discount code worked for me which was a super surprise. A pleasant lady on the phone answered well when I had enquired about delivery so the customer service was also excellent.

I found Rug Runner's price was by far the best having trawled many websites. However the 10% discount code didn't work and I didn't realise until I'd pressed "pay". I didn't manage to get through on their 0845 number for a couple of days. A pleasant lady said she would enquire but didn't get back to me. The following day the rug arrived, so a good delivery service, but it was much greener than their photo (and I have to say other website's photos) so it didn't match my colour scheme. I have tried without success to contact them to say I wish to return it and to check the address. I have emailed, phoned many times and left a phone message. Tonight I found another number but that also wasn't manned either so I have written a letter to state I wish to return it. Normally websites clearly have a returns paragraph giving all the required details but not this company.
To sum up:excellent prices and delivery but customer care/communication is poor.
