I ordered 6 units of a Spanish deodorant which was not in stock and they had to bring over. It was at an excellent price and I was advised not to contact them until after 15 days due to the transit period. Just short of the 15 days I received email confirmation that it was on its way, then a couple of days later another to say it had arrived and would be sent on by their courier. 2 days later it was here. More than happy with the price, the service and being able to get a great product that I'd struggled to source.

Worst customer service ive seen in a long time. I ordered a product and it said it would arrived in 15 days but I would have a tracking code once dispatched. After 9 days, it still hadn't been dispatched so I contacted the company for an update and turns out it wasn't even dispatched. Not to mention they didn't even apologise but said 'This has been refunded'. Fantastic customer service!!

Ordered something and said they didn't have stock, and no alternatives. Then when I said I would wait for stock they refunded and said they wouldn't offer the same price when the new ones came in. The reason I am writing this review is that their attitude showed that that didn't really care.

Had been trying to get hold of spanish brand of body lotion this company had it shipped in and delivered quicker than I had expected, Brilliant company, customer service and communication is 1st class, lovely free gift which was a surprise, will only buy from this company in the future, thanks salonskincare =)

I placed an order on the 25th June, received confirmation email and asking not to chase them for 15 working days. The 15 working days have passed, I chased my order and don't get any response back, no update on the order or how to get my money back. Absolutely disgraceful! Do not order from them

Have only bought 1 item which came within 3 days, straight from their warehouse. Genuine item at a great price will definitely use again.

I have only just found SalonSkincare but I am so glad I did, Great products at lower prices than many places I’ve found, Also I ordered my items Monday and they have just been delivered today Wednesday, I must say they took great care in wrapping and packing my items came delivered no damage or spillages, I will definitely without a doubt be ordering from SalonSkinCare again I’m usually a big Amazon user but I think I’ve found my new favourite place, I rarely write reviews but I felt I needed too😁🥰 Thanks guys

Terrible!!
Waited 30 days for them to tell me that they are a drop ship business and that they're stock was held up abroad.

Were less than apologetic and didn't seem to care.

Will never use again and I would recommend avoiding along with their sister brands!

Great price and super speedy delivery; ordered at midday, received despatch notification within three hours and it arrived the next day! Very impressed and will be ordering again.

Not used the company before. Prices seemed very competitive: some reviews indicated delivery was slow. I wasn't in a hurry and wanted to take advantage of the good value products, but expected to have to wait for 2 or 3 weeks. Wow! Ordered on a Monday just before Christmas (and during pandemic). Items arrived within 3 days. I was alerted by SMS message on delivery day giving me approximate 1 hour delivery slot. Wonderful: I'll be using them again!

Item delivered slightly behind the already generous date estimate, but it was a fabulous product unavailable elsewhere, and for a killer price. P.S. - I bought from them again, and the delivery took even longer. I hope post-Brexit troubles won't put them out of business, because they provide great value.

Very good prices for quality products - they said it could take up to 10 days for delivery but as I wasn't in a rush I went ahead. Two days after ordering and my product has just arrived, all packaged well and exactly as expected.

Following on from my recent 1 Star review - I quickly ordered a similar substitute product - arrived on 8th working day, within advised timeframe.

Well pleased this time.

Can't understand why this company has so many bad reviews, items ordered and paid through PayPal they said delivery in 10 working days which it was and very well packed, would definitely use them again as they were also much cheaper than other outlets.

Yes it took awhile, ordered 22nd delivered 3rd November, very happy, product unavailable elsewhere

If you're not in a hurry for the goods then I highly recommend. Best price I could find by far and order arrived well within the 10-working-days stated. Bought 2 Nuxe Sun products and they are perfect, also received a surprise sample which was nice :)

Having read reviews of Salonskincare I was skeptical about ordering, but as the items were cheaper and I could pay with PayPal, I thought I would risk it. Absolutely no issue. Delivered quickly and as described. Good communication. Will buy from them again.

I was dubious after reading the reviews but have to say I bought lancaster and opalex at a great price and arrived within 2 days very pleased with service and company.
