That website no longer exist, I think they are BOX now,

I ordered a £700 laptop from here few years ago, my review kept getting taken down but I decided to try again coz why not.
I don't know if anything has changed since then but they had no after sales phone number. Tells you everything.
If they have a dedicated team now then great, I wouldn't want anyone to go through the hassle I did. I was just starting uni and unfortunately the laptop was DOA. they continued to send me DOA laptops three times but kept waiting around 5 weeks in between each time to send me one. I ended up talking to citizens advice who told me according to Law I was eligibile for £700 refund but it was falling on deaf ears. Save on Laptops refused and would only send me a credit note to only use on a laptop (which by now i was getting weary of)

In the end I was left with only a court option which as a student having already lost close to £1000 I couldn't go through.

Please just be aware that if you have any issues with your product, their after sales service is no where near the level it should be.

Hope this doesn't get removed again.

Excellent value and laptop arrived perfect as described. Ordered on a Thursday to Ireland and arrived Tuesday. Would definitely recommend

Bought a ThinkPad from them this week. Delivery was on point and machine looks good for now. Didn't run into any problems and was sealed and brand new. Great prices and updates about purchase. Five stars, but haven't had to use their customer service yet, so can't comment on that. Overall great.

I am very pleased with a product I have ordered. Delivery was unexpectedly quick. I received my product in two days.
Product was as expected, no damage.
Overall I am happy with their service. Good prices too. Would highly recommend.

The BOX website included some free games. the delivery included a games offer from Intel. Unfortunately the offer expired 8 months ago.
never the less I did try to down load with the master key but was unable to obtain anything.
The BOX website should delete the incorrect information.

Easy to order, love the free next day delivery, even better that you get a 1 hour window & can track the progress.
Better packaging required though as the outer bag was ripped in 4 places.

Thanks for delivering my laptop on time. It was easy to setup but the included game extras had me going through so many hoops to get the software from their external websites, I gave up in the end.

Good experience with this company so far, but in all honesty I never had to contact them or deal with anny inconveniences. I do like it that way to be honest; as long as I receive what I payed for in a timely fashion i'm happy not knowing who's providing the service.
My only complaint though is the incomplete product description on site. For the ssd storage I was unable to find out if its NVMe or sata. I thought I was sata but I was pleasantly surprised to discover its NVMe

Ordered an i5-8300h Asus, good laptop for the price, got next day delivery able to track it and got a sms for the hour delivery slot... this is my 2nd pc bought from saveonlaptops.co.uk and would purchase again

Great value on laptop that I brought but delivery was extremely problematic. Parcel was lost and Saveonlaptops were not helpful. After hours on the phone to the delivery company and much hassle, there was little in the way of effort to resolve the situation.

Excellent, great website, easy to navigate, plenty of choices, good prices, speedy delivery and everything arrived without damage or issues.

DPD was the only problem to be honest. I understand the it was new year but their app advised delivery on the 3rd so took the day off and it didn't arrive. I have found through past experience that DPD is unreliable in Northern Ireland. Perhaps try someone different to N.I it arrived on the 4th.

Hadn’t heard of the company before but they had the laptop I wanted at the best price I could find. I rang up to double check the spec and the sales team were friendly and knowledgeable. I placed an order for 2 day delivery and was pleasantly surprised when it turned up the next day and the laptop was better than I expected. Bought laptop as present for christmas so am a total novice at all things techy found the site really easy to use and was totally amazed at the speed of delivery less than 24 hours !
