Sent multiple emails and basically get ignored
Bunch of scammers that's all they are

This review is for ScottishClans.com. Please ignore if I have the wrong company. I ordered a dress in our family tartan and a purse to match in January. Due to COVID the purse arrived in March, which I can understand. Nowhere on the website does it say that these items are shipped from China. The dress finally arrived in June. I can sort of understand the delay but the tartan is totally off--the colors are pastel neon and look nothing like the picture on the website! There was no invoice, no packing slip, nothing with the item. I have tried via email for the last 10 days to reach them to be able to return the item and the last email from them has demanded that I send them pictures. This is an unacceptable business practice. I am not asking them to pay shipping; I am simply asking to return the item for a full refund. I will never recommend this company or purchase from them again.

The first quaich I received had scratches on the inside of the bowl - right above the inscription - and also a 'nick' out of the lip.

I sent this back and had another one sent out - this was carried out without too much fuss however did mean I didn't have the quaich in time to give for the wedding present it was intended for.

The 2nd one to arrive was much better although still not of a high standard, I have ordered the same quaich before, elsewhere, and it has been much better polished etc.

I ordered a beautiful etched decanter with our family badge for my uncle for Christmas. I ordered it mid-December and needed it in the States by 21 December. I received the decanter on the 20th and it was gorgeous! Plus, I didn't have for express shipping service to ensure my item arrived in time. I will definitely be a return customer! Thank you!!

I ordered an engraved presentation quaich for a special occasion only a week ago and received it today. Not only was the quaich carefully packed but the product itself along with the engraving is absolutely superb! So much so, I was tempted to keep it for myself rather than donate it as intend to do!! Scottish Clan-crests is a company I would certainly recommend for both their products and speed of service.

I was looking for a quaich at short notice for a friend, and Scottish clan-crests seemed like they would deliver within the timeframe I needed. This they certainly did - and still within the price I was looking to pay, £50. My friend absolutely loves his quaich for 21st birthday present - I don't think I could have chosen anything better. Many thanks to Scottish Clan-crests for their part in making his special day very memorable.

Had to find an emergency wedding gift - difficult website caused delay in ordering, and "emergency delivery" no longer in operation - panic! But ordered anyway, as Wedding Quaich was ideal. Arrived in four days - beautifully engraved. Happy couple will get it when they get home next week, and I know will be delighted, and excuse the slight delay. Very many thanks.

I like the diversity of the web-site and the items for sell. The one complaint I have is that after I put in my order I have no way to track the status. I am still waiting to hear something with no way to track it other than calling them directly I guess. A web-site order tracker would be nice.

I ordered an engraved quaich for an American couple who were staying at my cottage on Skye and being married during their stay. I was to be a witness, and I wanted to give them a modest gift. The quaich, beautifully engraved, arrived in just a couple of days. They received it today and were very touched. Many thanks.

The website was really easy to navigate, and the £4 price tag for any amount of text inscribed was very good value. However the product was not made in Scotland (arrived from Sheffield), which challenges the authenticity of the company's name.

Was more than the time stated for delivery but only just, taking all into account product was good with extra work satisfactory.

It was not made clear of the delivery price or time, until the purchase was completed. I therefore had to cancel my order and await the return of my payment

I was generally very disapponted with this special gift for my brother's 60th birthday present. Because I was so unhappyI telephoned to complain and the "present" has today been returned.

Online ordering was easy,Quaichs we ordered were great quality and very pleased with the engraving. Delivery was within 5 days.
All in all very pleased with product and service provided.

Today we received the two quaich bowls we ordered for our son and his wife-to-be and our daughter and her husband-to-be. The engraving of their names and dates is perfect in the script we requested, and altogether the bowls and their handles look lovely -- just right. The modern pewter is shinier and more like silver than the old pewter -- a very good improvement. We're very pleased.

we were able to order a product from the website, to which it said in stock and provide full payment immediately to find out a few days later this item had been discontinued.
after requesting a full refund instead of being able to provide this immediatly we are still waiting for this 3 days later after requesting so.
