Aggressive cold calling and spammers

Securacert make use of aggressive cold calling and spam e-mailing to try and win sales by misleading customers into thinking that they are renewing their SSL certificates with the existing company rather than purchasing a new certificate through Securacert.

Fed up of telephone calls

Every year we can be gauranteed a call from securacert asking if we want to renew. We do not make our details available to telemarketers so this is unacceptable business practice. Do not deal with spammers. Buyer beware!

Excellent Customer Service!

I received a call from securacert stating our certs were about to expire, a cold call I admit however Jake was quite pleasant and offered us a good deal as well as reminding us to take action as the certs were just about to expire.

We installed the certs and made a small mistake on our part which caused our existing quickssl certs to be overwritten incorrectly without the new one being approved, however Jake made every effort to fix the issue with us and gave brilliant support and alternative solutions including a temp certificate to get us out of a hole on a late friday afternoon.

Persistant cold calling and aggresive sales!

If their products and services are good why employ persistent aggressive cold calling techniques? I for one have no intention of finding out how good or bad they are as a supplier if this is the way that they obtain business. Either change your sales policy or hurry up and go out of business.

Spammers!

This company telephone-spams people whos SSL is about to expire in an attempt to aggressively get sales. They go against the data protection act, obtaining and storing information on businesses without their permission. do not trade with this company!
