Items missing from order, despite several attempts to email the company, had no response. Very poor customer service, hence 1 star.
Update.
Still had no response from the company, suggest you all go to love honey where they value their customers.

Loving my new dildo

I purchased a rather intimate item and with their plain packaging had it delivered to work. I was so happy firstly as they kept their word and the packaging was plain. Got home opened it and it was wrapped up too. Great service.

I called looking for a Fleshlight. Spoke to the lovely Victoria who helped me make the right choice. I was nervous at first but she really helped me relax and look for something I would enjoy.

I don't do a lot of online shopping, but I found this site very easy to use. My order was very discreetly wrapped.
I had a problem with one of my items. I told she plays he plays about the problem and it was replaced with no quibbles or awkward questions.
I've never dealt with any customer service as good as these. I would highly recommend she plays he plays :)

I called She Plays He Plays regarding purchasing an item for my wife and I. It had been a while since I had purchased anything like this, but being over 60, I thought I better spice up my life - heck you only live once! I liked the website as it was not tacky, dark or nasty/cheap and there was a large selection of fun and great looking products.

I must say the service was out of this world. The staff were so pleasant to talk to and nothing ever felt rushed or pressured. I told them what I liked and they just suggested the pros and cons of a variety of items.

They let me know via email when my parcel had been dispatched and I was worried that it wouldn't be discreet. Guess what? It was super discreet (I had to collect it from my sorting office!) and it was just a brown box. Once I got home my wife and I opened the box and everything was wrapped in lovely tissue paper and there was even a free sachet of lubricant.

I also just want to say a big thank you to Victoria for all her help and advice.

Firstly, I had a small issue with a faulty product. However, once reported to the company, they have been very proactive - resulting in a replacement product dispatched without any problems.

Right from that first email to report issue, to present day, I have had calls and emails to ensure that issue was taken care of, to my satisfaction.

Personally, I found the whole experience refreshing - as this company clearly puts their customers first. As a result, I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

One word to describe your service …‘awesome’ Discreet packaging, a free gift, great products and fast delivery – I really couldn’t ask for more especially when buying intimate items. I rang the customer helpline to ask for advice on an item and they were really helpful, polite and knowledgably. I was updated via email with the status of my package from ‘pending’ to ‘processing’ to ‘dispatched.’ I asked for Next Day Delivery and goods arrived the next day in perfect condition and were delivered by Royal Mail. When I opened the box I found everything had been wrapped up in the company’s tissue paper and I was just so excited to get tearing into it to see what I would find first. All the items arrived in good condition. I received an email two days after my delivery stating I had £2.50 to spend in loyalty points. In a nutshell, great service and I look forward to purchasing from your website again.

I ordered a few products from this website not really knowing what to expect. I ordered a few necessities and some new playful fun new things to try, They were delivered very quickly, and packaged beautifully and safely. The prices are so reasonable and you won’t find any cheaper products of this quality anywhere else, even online!! I am overall very happy with the products and the free gift I received, The service i received was a breath of fresh air and I will deffintly be ordering again and again 
