Not impressed with the long time taken to deliver my inks. They had problems, the new business had not settled down. They did apologise. I shall give Shima Uma a fair trial as I like their prices.

Shima Uma gives good value and great service.
I've used Shima Uma for my last few purchases of printer ink. Much cheaper than others on the web and the speed of their delivery service is amazing. My last order arrived in less than 24 hours of me ordering it - brilliant. You should try them!

The cartridges for my old HP DeskJet printers are becoming increasingly difficult to find but I can still get them from Shima Uma. Have just bought a C6578A (the large capacity tri-colour HP78) at a keen price with prompt delivery and a good use-by date. Well done!

Good Service but Wrong Item!
I ordered two Hewlett Packard Black Ink Cartridge, code 364XL.
I have ordered these same cartridges many times from the previous administrators of your re-branded web-site and they always fitted my printer.
On this occasion the HP 364XL cartridges do not match my printer and would not work.
I could not find an on-line function to bring the problem to your notice, so I placed an order with a competitor and got what I needed.
You have lost a customer!

Good product, quick service.
The printer cartridges were available and the price was good. The web site was not too complicated. The only thing I did not like was having to pay through PayPal and, despite assurances that I did not have to register with PayPal, I did, because I could not complete the sale unless I did. I am not happy with PayPal and this could make me go elsewhere.

NOT A HAPPY BUNNY!
The goods arrived in a jiffy bag but the box containing the four refills was badly screwedup/squashed. They were put into my printer as instructed but the black one would not be accepted. I kept getting a message telling me that it was damaged. By the time the refills had arrived my black was empty and I had to go to Smiths and pay the earth for a replacement.
