I ordered my Office 2019 software and received the download and key immediately, download went great,,,, Then the key was rejected with a notice that it had been used to many times. I have emailed 4 times, the only response I have received was on the first email stating a new key was sent, I haven't received any e-mails from them with a new key, emailed them back telling them I hadn't received the e-mail and haven't received any response.
Very Disappointed with the Support I have received. As it stands now I would not recommend purchasing from this company.
I would gladly change my review if this situation is corrected

After numerous attempts to reach out to this company to find out why Microsoft detected the license key for Microsoft Office and Student 2010 was used in 2014 when I purchased the product in February 2015, I am very frustrated with this company. Prior to finding out about the earlier use, they were very prompt and friendly trying to help me. Now that this questionable situation has come up, they have yet to respond. If they resolve this issue, I will rescind this review. If not, I will go to the BBB.

I purchased the Norton 360 Download but Windows rejected it on my computer, so it was of no use to me.

On Monday I sent an email to the company and they were so kind in sending me a disk so I could install it. The purchase is for three users which is wonderful.

Great price, but it's been two weeks and I still don't have my software. I last heard a week ago, after I emailed to ask about my order, that my software was back ordered and would be shipped that day. It's been a week and I still haven't heard that it's been shipped. Low price or no, I need my software in a reasonable amount of time!

I thought I ordered Quicken 2911 Deluxe for $46.95. Instead I received Quicken Deluxe 2008 For that privid, I have to pay a 15% restocking fee and return shipping. The price is the same for the current version, Quicken 2011.

CD pkg. for updating Norton NIS 2011 doesn't have any instructions. For us novices it would be nice to have a printed sheet that lists step by step simple instructions. Using a magnifing glass I was able to read the back of the cover folder
that said to contact Norton phone support for help and we can reach non-American, difficult to understand, help. Forget the computer chat line, it wont understand questions that aren't programed into its memory.
