Very disgusted. My order was meant to be delivered yesterday only to be told the driver didn't bother picking it up. Its being delivered today between 2-6pm (even sent email to confirm) its now 6:26pm and no delivery. Been trying to contact customer service since 5:50pm and no answer. Tried the live chat, it does not work. Tried the call back service, as soon as I press the * key the phone cuts off (no chance of leaving name & contact info)
Have used this site a few times as the stores don't always have stock of the items I am after.
Delivery is quick and easy and you can return any unsuitable items via the courier or take it back to the nearest store which is really convenient.
They also have lots of good offers on the site.
