What a great company!
What a great company!
Several years ago I reached out to them to try to get license keys, and instead of them (snail)mailing me the written papers, paying shipping costs and whatnot. I reached out to see if they could do me the favor of actually digitally e-mail these to me, as they are just a random composition of numbers and letters, right? No need for them to be physically sent to me.
And they agreed to do this, refunded me the shipping costs, and while it took more days for this to be a completed purchase, they went through with it.
And AGAIN now, several years later, same thing! I had to get them minus one star, because they just erased my OLD account from years ago, without notifying me (as far as I know) about this. And so my old purchase history seems to be erased, and I had to make a new account to be able to make the purchase again. They claim they only keep accounts for 6 months, and I suspect this is because of GDPR.
But guys, you can reach out and tell me it will be deleted, and kind of ask me to keep the account or not. That's how others do it, or at least "freeze" the account or something else.
At least my purchase was without issue!
After unsuccessfully scouring the internet for genuine replacement earpads for my Sony headphones I almost gave up. The amount of people out there having the exact same issue is unreal!
Having already tried the cheap Chinese compatible ones from Amazon which I must admit were decent quality materials and build but were sadly lacking in the noise cancelling department, I contacted Sony and was given the actual part numbers. Another internet search using these numbers brought up Stuff UK (no idea why my original searching didn't find them - they may want to look into that because they're losing customers) and parts were shown as in stock.
Ordered late Monday, arrived Friday. Look exactly like originals and totally genuine product. I haven't fitted them yet to assess noise cancelling properties but this is a review of the company not of the product!
Having looked at other reviews on here it's a shame they only seem to respond to poor reviews and not even a thank you to positives. It would be courteous to at least acknowledge the support we're giving you!

Waste of time with no apology
After waiting 4 days for an order I received an email stating my order could not be fulfilled and would be cancelled.
4 days wasted was a disappointment but the main reason for this review is that seller made no apology in his emails.
I received the refund promptly but I would not bother ordering from here again.
In-Stock Item Cancelled, Then Marked Up
Placed an order on Saturday morning for RAM that was clearly listed as in stock. The price was reasonable (especially given the current shortages), so I went ahead with the purchase.
On Monday morning I received a cancellation email claiming the item had already sold out before my order — despite it showing as in stock at the time.
When I checked the website afterwards, the exact same item had been re-listed at around £48 more.
Very disappointing experience and it’s hard not to feel the order was cancelled simply so it could be repriced during the current memory shortage.

Stuff UK absolutely smashed it with my order (210115)! The delivery was lightning-fast, arriving sooner than expected. I received multiple emails keeping me in the loop with order confirmation, dispatch, and tracking details—super clear and reassuring. When I had a question, their customer service team was incredibly helpful and sorted me out in no time. Top-notch service all around, highly recommend!
Return policy absolutely worthless - Avoid this company at all costs
I bought a motherboard just to see if it was actually my issue. Turns out - it wasn't, so a logical thing would be to return it.
After doing so, the parcel got returned on the 10th and they never replied, until I told them on the 15 that if I won't receive the reply until tomorrow I will be taking legal action. Of course then they responded even after confirming the return will be processed once the goods reached them.
Coming into today, they refused the refund due to following reasons:
- Product has been used and rendered unsaleable
- Reasonable Care has not been taken
- Storage Media Containing Data
- Software with license seals broken
- The cpu socket looks to have a broken pin in it.
Here's my response:
"Product has been used and rendered unsaleable" - Yeah Sherlock, of course I had to use it just so I can test it! What do you think people do if they want to diagnose each part of their pc? I booted up only once and taken everything out carefully so your policy towards this makes no sense or whatsoever.
"Reasonable Care has not been taken" - Elaborate on this. Say specifically what you kings want to make everything look perfect.
"Storage Media Containing Data" - Oh I completely didn't know that specifically this motherboard comes with a separate drive. How silly of me. If you want to lie at least make some effort. I've built hundreds of pc's and NO motherboard that I know came with a drive.
"Software with license seals broken" - What in the world is a software for mobo that was sealed? I literally don't know if something like that even exists, and even if it does, you must've used a wrong word brother.
"The cpu socket looks to have a broken pin in it" - That's the most interesting one, as I remember putting my cpu into that socket and even then it had some issues. I had to tap it in order for it go fit (normally when socket is normal it just slides in), which means that it must've been damaged in the delivery to my house.
Considering all of this, here's some quick points:
- They will refuse to respond until threaten with legal action and blatantly lie towards the returned product.
- They really hate returning money. I advise against buying from this company at all costs and letting other people know.
- ALWAYS take photos with the product in your house before and after usage, so if they refuse again you can respond with small claims. I wish I have done it but without pre-use evidence I am in blind spot with my money lost and cannot do small claims.
Hopefully you will go bankrupt.
Have a horrible day.

Great service
Been trying to find a wireless modue for our printer for a while, found one on Stuff, it came packaged perfectly and so quickly
Fast and easy
I purchased a small TPM module I wanted that I could not to find in stock online for a sensible price. Part: GC-Tpm 2.0 Spi V2. The part was not in stock on website but showed a fast ETA. I ordered and payed by card on Friday and part arrived faster than I could have hoped on Monday morning, very well packed also.
Avoid This Company If You might Return Something
I purchased a Wireless Bluetooth MP3 player from the company in August. The Bluetooth would not connect to either pair of wireless headphones so i wished to return the product as not working. The only item i removed from the packaging was the device itself, the wired earbuds were still wrapped up and unused and their was no damage to the box on opening. I obtained proof of postage and sent the device back. Royal Mail took 10 days to return it 1st class but this shouldn't be an issue as i hadn't changed my mind, the product wasn't working so the 14 day cooling off period doesn't apply.
Initially the email stated that we were beyond the 14 day return period, when i pointed out that it didn't apply for faulty goods, they stated that they had tested the product and it worked fine (i hadn't told them it was a Bluetooth issue so not quite sure what they did other than switch it on). The representative then stated that the packaging was too badly damaged to be resold and i could have it back if i paid the postage.
I didn't want it back, it didn't work. The next email suggested that they would give me a refund minus a wear & tear discount, which after many days and 5/6 emails i took to stop having to deal with these people.
Its interesting to note the website has no used or 2nd hand items for sale so presumably the unsellable item i returned and got less than i paid for it returned to me is back on sale at full price or returned to the manufacture as faulty and they've received the cost price back plus my money. Any company that has nearly a 30% dissatisfaction rate should raise alarm bells with potential customers. If you every need to return something to them i guarantee (my guarantee is worth more than theirs i assure you) they will quibble and squirm their way out of any refund. This appears to be company policy and how they make cash from my experience with them. Avoid Avoid Avoid.
Update: The company has since responded suggesting what I've said is inaccurate and they sound baffled that so many different people would upload inaccurate reviews of their company. I'd suggest the common denominator is the company itself and it's "business practises" but maybe your right and nearly 30% of the people on here are wrong. Muppets

Excellent Service
I Received excellent service regarding my purchase, and was advised which item was best for my needs from a very nice gentleman.
My parcel arrived on time and I am very pleased with it.
I would recommend the service, help and prompt delivery from this company and will use them again.
Disappointed with Poor Return Policy…
Disappointed with Poor Return Policy and Lack of Product Information
I recently purchased an Epson thermal receipt printer from Stuff-uk.net, expecting it to be compatible with Bluetooth. Unfortunately, upon receiving the product, I realized it wasn’t Bluetooth-compatible, which was a key feature I needed. Naturally, I wanted to return the item, but I was shocked to learn that they wouldn’t accept the return simply because the box was opened. How else am I supposed to test the product to see if it meets my needs without opening the box?
This experience has been extremely frustrating. Their return policy is completely unreasonable. It’s unfair to expect customers to know if a product works for them without testing it first. I will not be shopping here again, and I strongly advise others to be cautious when purchasing from StuffNet.com. Their lack of flexibility and understanding in handling returns is a big red flag.

All good
I ordered a computer case on Friday, used the cheapest and slowest delivery option available, it arrived on Tuesday by DPD, no problems whatsoever. Happy customer, thank you very much.
Great service
Great service. Purchased an item at a really good price. Arrived exactly as described but needed to return it (completely my error).
This is where you get a measure of customer service in my view and I got a really prompt response to my request. Their return policies are fair and transparent, and I received my refund on the same day they received it their end. Definitely refreshing for an online company. Would have no hesitation in using again.
Great product at a great price
Great product at a great price, I think!
-Bought the ASUS Zenbook 14 Flip.
The only downfall is that I paid for next-day delivery but due to issues in the warehouse,it was delayed. I did get my refund for the delivery though
Purchased an item from this company and…
Purchased an item from this company and it didn't work so spoke with the tech support for the product and told I needed to buy a hub for the socket to work. So emailed Suff-UK to return the item then sent a very aggressive return policy email. Sent item back and now told the serial code on the product does not match that on the box. Basically they are calling me a liar. Stay away from this company.
