So I bought a pair of Oakley aviators at Sunglass World in Destin Florida today and they are probably some of the nicest people I have ever met, very kind ,very helpful,just all around good experience, so after I got mine my cousin and her boyfriend went in and bought themselves sunglasses as well today!!!!...

The worst "service" I have ever had in any place, including McDonald's. As soon as we walked in, the employees just wouldn't leave us alone and persisted with personal questions instead of letting us look at their crappy collection of overpirced sunglasses. I have never felt more uncomfortable in my entire life. They were so desperate to make a sale that I was actually depressed.
P.S the store name is too basic.

Having shopped around for the glasses my girlfriend wanted for her birthday I stumbled upon Sunglasses-World and found they had the best prices of any site I'd seen so far. And to add to that they had a great discount. I had some trouble with the checkout which the online customer services chap was able to sort out literally in a flash. The glasses arrived really fast, next day almost and shipping was almost free.
All in all I'm very impressed and will certainly be using them again.

My hope has been restored by this company regarding online and telephone orders. The staff I spoke to was extremely helpful and I even felt like she was a friend. Although I have many sunglasses I will buy again.

I bought my first pair of sunglasses 2 weeks ago and was so impressed with the service that when I wanted to order another pair a few days later, I didn't hesitate to use sunglass-world. The second pair I wanted were out of stock but that was not a problem, they were ordered from the supplier, I got a return phone call within 5 minutes and again the goods were despatched swiftly and I got a phone call to say they were on their way. It was nice in this world of technology to speak to a person and be comforted that if for any reason I didn't like the product it could be returned. A totally faultless service in every respect.

I was not only impressed with the customer service that i had received from Sunglasses World but, also, how quickly the sunglasses came through to me. Unfortunately, i had to send the glasses back as the wrong sunglasses were sent to me however, i have been assured that the cost of me posting them back would be refunded and the correct pair sent.
I am still waiting for the glasses to arrive and hope to receive these within the next couple of days.

bought these sunglasses for a birthday present. they were the cheapest i had seen! we ordered them on the afternoon and they were delivered the next morning fantastic service would definately recommend this website to friends and family.

There was one hitch, that the colour I wanted was not available at the time. I received a prompt call and an option to wait or chose another colour.

Customer services fixed the issue quickly and my glasses arrived within the next 2 days

I just bought a Dior Sunglasses by online. At first, I was having a problem buying it using my credit card. But then after writing an email and my telephone, they call me right away. Rebecca who personally assisted me seems so friendly and helpful. She tried to answer all my questions. The price is exceptionary good. Only that sometimes when you put on your cart the promo item it still appear on the normal price. That makes buying thru online a little complicated. Please try also to do something regarding the problem using credit cards from Germany. They dont accept it right away.Thanks anyway!Top good company!!

I bought a pair of Oakley sunglasses for my sister for Christmas, they are fantastic and the cheapest prices i could find on the internet! Wasn't sure which ones to get, but after speaking to someone at sunglass-world i found the perfect pair for her! And they were more than happy to help me out! Very happy with my purchase and will be recommending them to all my friends. I normally buy a cheap pair of shades which last two minutes, I decided to treat myself and wow has it paid off.
