Someone called me and told I have won shaving blades. To get them I was asked to pay for shipping only. Week after they send me something else that I never ordered and bill with it. I Tried to call company but they did not answer. Later alektum group send me a fine, and until now still sends me because I didn't pay for what I never ordered. Now they ask 100 euros for shaving blades.
Scammers and discussing liars!
I am extremely disappointed with their customer policy. This is the kind of company you want to be as far as possible from! They keep sending you bills and products without letting you know OR being clear about it ANYWHERE! Also, I signed of the "abonement" ( which I don't remember signing in) and they CONTINUE sending bills.
And when you call to ask for an explanation they can't help with anything AT ALL and say things like: We never got your email.
