This was an easy site to use. Delivery arrived less than 2 days later with the free 5 to 7 day del option. Tap looks as good as the photo.hope it is as good when installed as I think it will be!

The company immediately took payment in August 2013 and have never provided me with the tap that I ordered. I have only had one email response saying goods have been dispatched and then totally ignored. I would say that this stinks of obtaining money by deception and I would under no circumstances recommond this company.

I have tried to contact this company by email and phone. Ive left countless numbers of voicemail messages with no response.
I did recieve a couple of emails from a lady called Jacinta promising me a new part/tap the last one was about 5 weeks ago, and despite emails threatening them with legal action I have heard nothing.
Terrible service. How a company can continue to trade like this is beyond me. What a bunch of rogues.

We've been trying for weeks to get a response to complaints. No answer on the phone, voicemails not replied to, no reply to online chat messages, no reply to emails.

A warranty is no use if the company refuses to reply. Note that their physical address is their accountants office, not where they are - so you can't even visit to complain in person.

I have had nothing but trouble trying to get a simple replacement cartridge for my tap. I've been fobbed off by several emails and now I am being ignored completely and still no replacement part. My tap was only 3 months old when it started to leak and I have had no use of my cold tap for 3 months now. This is totally unacceptable and the customer care is non existent.
Do not use the company that are a real disappointment!

We had ordered a tap about 1 year ago. The tap spout broke. We called the company who asked to be sent a photo. We did this, They got in touch with the manufacturer who sent back a replacement spout. However, this did not fix the issue.
I called Tapcentre back to explain. Without any further delays they asked the company to send a full tap replacement. The new tap arrived very swiftly thereafter.
Very nice and personal customer service. Will definitely recommend to any body looking for a well priced tap and nice customer service....

Now that the old company has gone and the new owners arrived the customer care has become brilliant. It was dire before but now its very responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend them.

Can't praise this company enough. We bought a kitchen mixer tap from the some time ago and needed some new O rings which we thought would be easy to replace, not the case. We couldn't find the original bill but knew it was out of warranty but rang the Tap Centre anyway. They were brilliant. We had to send a photo of the tap so they could identify the model and they posted out some new O rings.

I wanted to order a macerator, but needed some advice before ordering. I called tapcentre and spoke to an advisor(Alex), she gave me all the advise that i needed. (she is a credit to the company) I then placed a order over the phone on a next day delivery. I was shocked when it arrived at 8.30am the next morning. Fantastic service! Will deffo use again and recommend to others.

Had difficulty locating a specific tap on the net but found it at tap centre
e mailed them and they e mailed right back ,the lady we dealt with in particular{Jacinta}was extremely helpull and went the extra mile in order to compleat our order she is a credit to the company.Placed the order on the morning and it arrived 7.30am the next day .Would definateley recommened this company to anyone.!0 out of 10 Brilliant

I purchased taps which arrived very promptly. However part was damaged so after e-mailing I received a reply within minutes and was told a part would be sent immediately. It arrived 2 days later. Unfortunately 2 weeks after installation another problem occured so I contacted tapcentre again. I received a reply immediately and following day I received a replacement part. All in all excellent service without any fuss at all.

Had a small problem with a mark on the tap, e-mailed tap centre and they responded straight away sending out a replacement very fast as they knew i had a plumber calling, top class firm no hassle, thank you again.

I ordered kitchen taps from taps4less...don't go there. After 6 days I chased up my order, 2 days later I was informed they werent in stock, and I needed them yesterday! tapcentre.com came to my rescue, I wasnt in a good mood and the agents patiently went thru all the taps which had the features I required, the agent continually checked their stock without losing any patience with me. I was now feeling calmer dealing with such professionals. We chose one, I was warned it is quite bulky but no problem sending back. They were in constant contact with shipments orders, confirmations etc. I'd had 1 from taps4less. They were totally on the ball, it was quite refreshing. The tap was too bulky, more telephone conversations with the same professional and pleasant manner. I bought another, I received the Moorgate tap within 24 hours. And its fantastic, the spray feature is just a Godsend in the kitchen, how can anyone do without one. Dont go anywhere else, you'l soon realise why.

This company is brilliant. My worktop fitters messed up the fabrication of my sink unit and my original tap wouldn't fit. I had trades lined up the following day and couldn't delay them. Tapcentre and Alex came to the rescue and advised on the best tap to fit. They then arranged a before 9am delivery especially for me so my kitchen wouldn't be delayed. All this was dealt with by one person, Alex, no passing around from one department to another.

It's great to come across an Internet based company with that personal touch and flexibility. The tap was excellent quality too, extremely robust and no wobbly spout which I've come across with some items.

I can't recommend this company enough, I'll definitely be getting all my taps from them in the future.

I am rewriting my review. I gave them a really bad review to get them to actually take notice and refund my money. It worked! I have received my money and postage. So I am not going to give a bad review but I am not going to hide the fact that I had to create a nuisance of myself to get them to take notice. So while they seem to have a pretty good reputation overall just bear in mind that if it is wrong they don't jump through hoops to rectify the situation.

I'm currently renovating my kitchen and purchased a lovely kitchen tap from Tapcentre to replace my existing one.

Very impressed with the tap and overall service. Would highly recommend. Thanks!
