You're not worth it

Basically Denmark's version of British Telecom. However they are completely incompetent compared to their counterpart, with very little respect for their customers.
We live in a small town in Roskilde called Smøgen and the internet we receive is staggeringly crap. Sometimes it's so bad we are lucky to get any connection at all. Our community has complained time and time again, even all coming together and signing a joint request to them for improvements and they basically refuse flat to do anything because it is not worth the money. Hows that for an appalling service?
