5-stars for effort, friendliness, helpfullness and customer service!

Really great service and extremely helpful team. Came in with my iPhone from abroad with sim problems. Teleone spent 2 hours trying to fix it after a free diagnostics but my phone was unfixable - not due to the team. I wanted to leave a 5-star review anyway as not only did they try extremely hard to give me a working phone to walk away with they also did not charge when it couldn't be fixed and they called other stores to see if I could purchase another phone, refurbished, to keep me going while abroad. So 5-stars for effort, friendliness, helpfullness and customer service!

Great service

While on vacation my phone screen broke. I got a phenomenal service and very quick repair time. Great for a quick fix.
