Easy to place an order, great communication shipped with full tracking ...did not arrive within 2 or 3 days but that was Royal Mail not Big Kitchen..will definitely order again..

Bought via Amazon Shun Multi Purpose Shears. The seller - "Big Kitchen" says made in Japan. Inside the blades, not visible when shears are closed-says China! Obviously they are chip counterfeited shears! CANCEL the order.

Via Amazon, Big Kitchen sold me descaling tablets for a Jura coffee maker. As confirmed by Jura, the tablets were well out of date. They no longer worked, and they won’t take it back.

Hi, I purchased a recipe e book a bit a go off FaceBook. Come to find out after I paid for it (.99) at the bottom was notes about 2 other products that would be sent to me after 30 days, cookbooks and something called Ecavaler? Each one costing $19.88 each month. Right away I called the number given and it is not available. I then called my bank to put a stop order on it. I have to wait till it shows up in my account online then I can call back and stop it. the site was granny's e books for soup receipes. Will not buy anything again off a Face Book post. Learned my life lesson today

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE LYING THIEVES! The Big Kitchen (BK) is the number one worst company I have ever done business with. In November 2021 I ordered my wife a lasagna pan for Christmas only to discover on Christmas that one of the handles arrived broken. I contacted BK on December 27th for a replacement and they replied asking me to send them a pic of the broken pan and my contact phone number. The next day BK emailed that they sold out of the pan and to go to Walmart to get a return label and return instructions. Walmart was not able to could not accept my return or find my order number to be able to print the return label. My last communication from BK falsely claimed that they have been communicating with me since December, and claimed they “provided instructions at that time, but this was not requested and at this time, you are out of the time frame”. BK never offered to give me credit for another item, instead, they stole my $108.24. Customer no service is applicable especially since they never answer the phone number on their website. What a POS way to run a business!

I recently ordered two 12 piece dinner services from The Big Kitchen as they offered the best price online. The dinner services arrived within the advertised timeframe. The boxes were extremely well packaged but the packaging from the manufacturer was not so robust consequently, three pieces were chipped or broken. I contacted customer services who replied the next day, apologised and said they would send out replacements. The replacements arrived safely within days - with a hand written apology note. I think this is a 5* service.

Avoid these foolish liars! I placed an order and a week and a half later I emailed them to ask for an update of, if my order had been dispatched. Upon not getting replies, I decided to open a dispute with PayPal. I then conveniently received an email to say that my order was going to be dispatched on the same day. When I wrote back asking for a tracking number, I was ignored again. Then I received a phone call from some idiot asking me why I had opened a dispute on Paypal. I was then told that they had a backlog of orders and my orders would take 30 days to be dispatched. I then demanded to cancel my order and have a full refund. It jas been a few days and I still have not received my refund. These clowns are running a circus instead of a business. I have now escalated the claim with PayPal. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES!!

accidentally came across this site,ordered a couple of items and they were quick to deliver.as for the price,they were the cheapest i have found.the quality was great.

Just wish I had read the Trustpilot customer reviews first. The Big Kitchen was showing the items in stock so I placed my order.
I received an acknowledgement but after a week I emailed them to ask for a delivery date only to be informed they were expecting the items to arrive in their stock in a couple of days. After still not receiving anything I emailed again to be informed that a manager would check and be in touch.
Nothing happened so I tried again but received no reply at all.
Fortunately Paypal upheld my complaint and I have received a full refund.
They are either very incompetent or rip-off merchants, make your own mind up!

Chris from the Big Kitchen is very efficient, so I am wondering about all the bad reviews. The Big Kitchen answers emails within the same day, and they have reimbursed me for a backorder that could not be timed within 48 hours.

Where do I start The Big Kitchen is the worst company I have every come across. I ordered some kitchen scales and weights in November and was still waiting on 17th December they never answer emails or phone messages. The customer service is nonexistent. I would advise anyone thinking of ordering anything from this company to think again. After reading reviews now I am one of the lucky ones. I paid through PayPal and as soon as they got in touch with The Big Kitchen I received an email from them and PayPal got my money back in less than a week.A pity The Big Kitchen don’t learn from them. What shambles a they are. They don’t deserve any stars in my opinion

This is a scam company. they will not even allow you to send them a message. They use a algorithm that only allows certain words and they pick them

Terrible service. Placed an order over two weeks ago and item has still not arrived. Have not received an email to say it’s been dispatched either. Emailed twice with no response. Unable to contact as no phone number. Not sure if I’ll ever receive my item. Stay clear of ordering through them!

I placed an order on the 6th of May. Still no goods!!! No reply to emails I have sent them, I ring them and get told the mail box is full cant take any more meassages. So not sure if I will be getting my goods or not...!?

Horrible. Customer service is Non Existent. Avoid no matter how good the bargain SEEMS.

Sadly I cannot give less than 1 star. I did NOT want some free trial for 2 things, ECOVALER and RECIPE TOUR, yet there it was in my order confirmation. There's no way to even utilize whatever those "free" trials. There is no real website for Big Kitchen eBooks and the books are NOT ebooks. I was not given the choice of my shipping address which is not the same as my billing address. THIS IS A SCAM!! DO NOT GET SUCKERED IN!

Tried to order a cookbook. Put all my info in, got to the submit order page and noticed they slipped a "free trial" for an ecovaler (whatever the hell that is) and a "recipe tour" (???)... at 19.95 each. Nowhere in the whole order process were these mentioned and nowhere is there a way to remove them from the order. Cancelled the whole deal. No way I'm getting suckered for 40.00 a month, especially with the reviews I just read.

They are a scam. 99 cent cookbook never received and also tried to bill me 40
00 a monthly on some crap still dont know what it is.
