The Tile Source 

I got a sample floor tile with me when I ordered. Good thing it was available, although it is to be expected considering the wide arrays of tiles they are offering. If you're into designing floors, or just any other DIY interior designer, this is a haven for you.

I recently visited the Tile Source showroom in Brighton to select tiles for my new bathroom. I was not only impressed with the range and variety of tiles but also with the excellent customer service I received. They suggested things like underfloor heating which is something I had not even considered. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family.

Good product but terrible advice regarding number of tiles to order. Ignore the sales pitch of 'you don't need to order 10% extra, one box will do'. We followed their advice & ended up 2 tiles short, then we found out there was no stock left and next batch will be in slightly different shade and not available for 3 weeks. Has delayed project and left sour note on finish. Even when we escalated to the Area Manager he did not admit poor advice had been given. Suggest you don't use or ignore their 'expert' advice, my tiler was shocked.

Got 3 boxes of large porcelain tiles straight from the depot. Undone packaging and out of 12 tiles, eight had chipped corners. If I was laying a floor it would have been a big problem. As they needed to be cut down as client wanted them as a kitchen splashback it was ok. These boxes come with plastic corner protection so am guessing they were obviously dropped at some stage during storage? Just saying I think your staff need to be careful when unloading and storing? After saying that they are the cheapest tile supplier I found...

I needed to order cleaning products for an unglazed terracotta floor. The website was well laid out so I was able to find exactly what I needed and placed my order.

The products arrived in an extremely timely manner, well packed and in good order. I will use The Tile Source again.

Excellent service

The tile edging arrived quickly and it was packaged really well and the edging was in perfect condition. The packaging was that good I have used the tube to store pipe inside. I looked all over for this make of edging and found it the cheapest including delivery through The Tile Source. It is all fitted now and looks great.

Would have liked note thro door to say delivery at back door - or similar. Will use again

Ordered a sample floor tile which was dispatched very quickly. It was very well packaged and arrived the day the delivery service said it would.
Very good service, I would happily use this service again.

VERY REASONABLE PRICE CHEAPEST AROUND

I was in a hurry to receive grout and adhesive for an urgent project and was advised to order before 2pm for next day delivery. I orderd online and they delivered the very next day.
Also the range of products available impressed me.

Sample tiles well wrapped and received unbroken the following day.

I ordered a sample from Tile Source and was very impressed when it arrived in less than 2 days. The sample was just what I wanted and significantly cheaper than the original source I had found. When I phoned to ask about making a full order they couldn't have been more helpful.
