Lousy fly by night company

Ordered toilet paper from this company in March. It is now May 15th.

Never received order, a refund or an email stating when I will receive it. This company is a sham and if I ever receive the items or a refund, rest assured I will NEVER buy another thing from this company.

I bought tinytods pushchair from eBay in the Add it was written that 3 in 1 push chair but it's only one piece which will hardly use 6 months baby I'm disappointed a lot I waist my money here. Now I have to buy separate seat for older baby. Thinks 100 times before you buy from here

Ordered the item, received a confirmation, but received no shipping confirmation or any communication concerning delivery or tracking.

Visited the Tiny Tots Direct website to buy a baby food processor and steamer. Found a device that matched our criteria and also compared well from a price comparison perspective.

We made an order based on the fact that the company had positive reviews rather than being the cheapest, so expected good customer service.

Unfortunately we have received no communication regarding shipping, we spoke to a person who had no idea where our order was, and then said they needed to call the warehouse, they took our details and promised to call back with the information regrading our delivery and shipping.

We have tried calling the company back 4 times and reached the answer phone on each occasion, no one ever called us back.

Still awaiting some clarity on my order.......

Fantastic Service

I ordered the All Star Giggle pram system by Cosatto at the end of December and the buggy wasn't out yet. I wanted to have the buggy by mid Feb and Tiny Tots were not able to ask the manufacturer to expedite the delivery as it was the first ever batch. However, I stuck with the order and then to my pleasant surprise got a phone call mid Jan and had my buggy the next day. brilliant service!

Good range but after one week nothing has been delivered yet.

We liked the range of products and the prices appear very competitive but after one week there is no sign of our order and no communication explaining why. I checked the info supplied in the order status online and the only information is: waiting shipment. At no point during the purchased it was pointed out to us that the item would take longer than usual (3 to 5 working days as per shipment information on their website) to be delivered. I tried calling the number supplied on the website today (Saturday morning) but there was only an answer machine.

Great Price, Speedy Delivery!

The product I bought was cheaper on Tiny Tots than any other website I found. The delivery service was great (within 24 hours). I am a Very Happy Customer and would recommend Tiny Tots to friends and family.

Great service better prices

After searching all over the internet for a good price on the pushchair I wanted I finally came across tiny tots and I'm glad I did, not only were they the cheapest by far the service was great too. Ordering was simple and delivery was very fast. The pushchair came well packaged and working perfectly

RUBBISH!!!

Sent faulty item that was already showing signs it had been opened by another buyer and sent back (box was ripped open and tapped back together and the batteries were left in the toy and all furred up around the terminals. After a couple of phone calls to Tiny tots direct they said i could send it back. I informed them then that the website stated they were out of stock but they assured me they had them in. Well i'm still waiting 3 weeks on. They must be sending it on the back of a Tortoise! NEVER AGAIN...

Excellent Customer Service

We ordered a baby swing which was out of stock and were notified immediately and given the CHOICE to wait or expect a refund. The communication was prompt and friendly and the refund quick. Though we bought it elsewhere due to timing restraints, would more than likely return to purchase other things for my baby sister. Highly recommend.

Great company who delivered goods as promised

I would recommend Tiny Tots Direct to anyone.
Not only did they deliver our high chair very quickly (within 2 days of ordering), but we also received a phone call informing us of our orders progress.
Excellent customer service.
