Just bought a Wowee One from TotalPDA. I'd not heard of them before so I checked Trustpilot and after reading the reviews here decided to give them a go. I wasn't disappointed everything was just as described and the delivery, just before Christmas, was really quick too. I'd be happy to recommend TotalPDA.

Paid over £400 for an iPhone 4S, Description says "New" and turned out to be 2nd Hand. What the hell does “New: 14 day return” mean.
POOR Customer Service, must be a business setup behind a house.

DO NOT BUY FROM TOTALPDA, COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!

I want to mention that good 7 Plush years a go I purchased a Refurbished ( Tom Tom) Sat Nav Through Total Pad .I am still today 31/10/2012 still using & its going well .
I want this to be mention because when I purchased refurbished I thought it may not last more then A year.
My personal opinion is this company's Customer care & after sales services is Second to non . Excellent . 5***** very good & now I bought another for my Son with good value for money & very very quick Tran ported to my address next day.Thank you Team TOTAL PDA

Have dealt with Charles for many years and can say excellent service always provided and always there to help when needed

Have been using total pda on and off for a year now and really struggle to find anything to moan about - mainly down to charles and his ability to just get the job done. No ifs no buts, just does what is required and has the right level of contact to make sure we know whats going on. Add to that a keen commercial offering and I really struggle to fault them so far.

Having both worked alongside Charles at TotalPDA and also dealing with him at my current employer i would have to say Charles has a fantastic knowledge of the whole product range he sells. Always looking to give the customer the best service possible and at a very good price. In my opinion people are very harsh with their negative reviews, its always easier to complain than send a 'thank you' when you receive good service from a company.

Right from the Start Charles has been one of the most helpfull People i have encountered , He simply gets how to act and understands what the customer needs, I know i can rely on him to get a quick quote or process an order easily plus hes got some banter to go with it! people that take care of their clients make more sales and i know for a fact if i was not getting this great service i would go elsewhere. many thanks

I have dealt with Total PDA on a number of occasions and have always found their service to be excellent. Charles Morrison in particular goes out of his way to make the ordering process as easy and hassle-free as possible and on the odd occasion I've had to call him with a problem, Charles has resolved it quickly and efficiently. I would have no hesitation in recommending Total PDA.

Goods are always delivered as described & promptly

I was looking for someone to supply SatNavs for our business. Total PDA had what we wanted in stock at a great price. Delivery was very quick and accurate. We went back for more units later and got the same service.

I was quite surprise to see how many bad reviews Totalpda have got as whenever i've used them they've been great and customer service, price and delivery

I don't know where these bad reviews are coming from, I have recently bought a tablet from them was just as good as an ipad for a fraction of the cost. Didn't know what I wanted when i called them they gave me 3 cost effective options and the one i chose was with me the next morning. Not only that but i was kept well informed the whole journey from placing the order to it being processed. I will be buying anything i need that they supply from them now, which seems to be everything electronic.

Saturday delivery promised and charged for, failed to deliver with no explanation at the time. Minimal customer service coverage hours. Refund promised but not delivered.

Product arrived eventually but what a waste of time. Avoid TotalPDA if you can possibly help it.

Sold me a used product when it was described and sold as 'new', when asked for money back they refused saying that software is not returnable. The actual software had been registered by someone else which meant it could not be used again. After a long argument they agreed to back down and accepted return of product but didn't provide a refund despite repeated promises and they also kept the returned item. No refund after months. Beware, they have cheap prices but poor customer service!

The item never arrived, I have now called 4 times and they just don't care. I have to make a claim from the bank. They are cheap but the service is bad!

Product arrived very quickly and service good. However I did have a minor moan that the maps on the re-furb TomTom where out of date. I did include this in a customer review on their website but they have so far refused to upload it because I only gave them 4 stars.

I placed the order for my iPAQ 214 at 14:30 uk time on the 25th of June, and I got it next morning at around 9:30 delivered straight to my door by City Link. In the mean time I got three e-mails: one straight away - with the order confirmation, second - about an hour later - confiirming the order has been processed, and the third - a couple of more hours later - about the shipment.

It is my first experience with TotalPDA, and it simply can't be better!
