Let me place an order, emailed to say 3-4 days delay which I was okay with. Now not responding. emails bouncing, phone number not working and website down. Can safely say they've taken everyone's money and shut up shop.

They make you pay for slow shipping and it has yet to arrive. Where is my order??

Ordered a post light with 3 components. Had to phone three times following delayed shipping and poor tracking information. Delivered separately in three bits causing undue problems and delay of over three weeks from ordering to last delivery.
Products are of good quality. Some improvement needed in shipping and communication.

Website allowed me to place an order and pay for it , then I received an email the next day saying it was a mistake and was only available in multiples of 5 and not as a single item so they cancelled my order. Very disappointing.

Easy to deal with. Ordered a Winterheat panel heater that had slight damage that I could cope with but the only thing that worked was the timer!
Phoned Total warehouse to report this and they advised that they would send another which duly arrived 2 days later.
Excellent service from this company!
They are perhaps being let down by the quality of the product or the delivery people, but their customer focus and service is excellent.

Ordered a BLACK 300W outside light but received a WHITE 150W outside light, you could not get it anymore wrong! When I informed the company of the mistake they told me the item was out of stock and I was issued a refund. Left feeling very disappointed, why advertise items out of stock?

The wall heater arrived quickly and works just fine, and was good value for money.

Ordered, processed and delivered in 3 days. First class service. Item was as described and well packaged.

I ordered something before 3pm and paid extra for next day delivery. Then the following day I recieved an email saying the order was 'awaiting dispatch'. When I called them to find out what that meant they said there had been a 'miscommunication with the warehouse' and that they didnt actually have the product in stock. Had I known that I would have ordered it from somewhere else because I specifically wanted in the next day. To their credit they apologised and offered an immediate refund.

Exactly what was ordered, arrived sooner than expected. Very well packaged; 600mm tube light wrapped to survive any courier. Will certainly use again.

We have bought bulbs from TotalWarehouse previously and have just ordered from them again. They are a very helpful and efficient Company with competitive prices. Thoroughly recommended!

The product I wanted was no longer produced and had been replaced.by the manufacturer. My order was amended over the telephone and delivered as promised.

I ordered a product from Total Warehouse a couple of years ago which unfortunately got damaged and I wanted to purchase a new one. I couldn't find the product on the website so I sent an e-mail to see if it would be possible to purchase the item again. I received a really quick response from Sarah McGinn in the Sales Team who said she would try and source the item from the supplier. I cannot fault Sarah's customer service, it was absolutely brilliant! I had several e-mail updates from Sarah to let me know how things were progressing and managed to purchase the item again in time for the birthday of a family member. The product was a very high quality (the same as I had bought previously) and arrived really promptly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Total Warehouse to other customers, you won't be disappointed!

Fast delivery with updates on the order throughout purchase. Would have been 5 stars but postage was quite expensive.
