Fantastic service and friendly staff !

All my little girl wanted for Christmas was a toy pony. We live in Denmark and here the pony was completely sold out. I found Toyshoplondon online but was a bit unsure whether it could get here in time for Christmas. So I wrote to them and they immediately replied. The lady who got back to me was extremely helpful and gave me a fantastic service. After only two days the pony arrived and I'm sure my little girl will be very happy Christmas eve. I will definatily use them again as service like this is very rare these days and on top of it all; their prices are great as well.

Good, friendly service!

The woman who answered the telephone was very helpful, getting an item from stock so that she could answer questions I had about the item.

Excellent service

I was impressed that when I ordered goods for in-store collection, they called to check that it was really the delivery method I intended to choose.

Excellent service

Have found a Toy Shop online in London that gives superb service. I ordered online, straight away was told the particular toy was in stock. Filled in the order form and 2 days later I had a very happy grandson. I had tried all 4 stores in our area without success so I now know where to go first time to get an extremely efficient welcoming service.

Well done.
