I am a student in one of the universities in Manchester and today the 19th of December 2022 I bordered a train from Harrogate to Manchester. I had to change over at Leeds to get the rain to Manchester. I am feeling very sick, and I had put my head on the table. I notice the train conductor walked past and causally selecting only ethnic minorities to ask them for their tickets, I was amused at first, and to my surprise the ticket conductor approached me. He asked for my ticket siting down in front of me. I gave him my ticket and he said I had to show him my rail card, I produced my rail card and suddenly, she started shouting at me, He explained to me that my rail card was expired, and I explained to him that I had not noticed it. I explained to him that my university was closed for Christmas, and I assured him that I will get my rail card up to date when my university opens in January. He said I need to buy a whole new ticket to Manchester, I told him I already have a ticket and that I was not going to buy a new ticket, he decided to take my driver’s Licence , and started getting pictures of my face on his phone and my cards and drivers licence, I told him I was going to make a complaint and I requested that he told me the complaint procedures for the his train company(The Transpire Express) . He shouted no! I asked him for his first and last name, he said his employer told him never to give his name out, He stared acting in a racist manner and I just left him to the bread of sorrow he used to eating. He is not a good Human being
His name is PETER- Train Coordinator.
