19th December 2022- …

19th December 2022- 11.44am
I am a student in one of the universities in Manchester and today the 19th of December 2022 I bordered a train from Harrogate to Manchester. I had to change over at Leeds to get the rain to Manchester. I am feeling very sick, and I had put my head on the table. I notice the train conductor walked past and causally selecting only ethnic minorities to ask them for their tickets, I was amused at first, and to my surprise the ticket conductor approached me. He asked for my ticket siting down in front of me. I gave him my ticket and he said I had to show him my rail card, I produced my rail card and suddenly, she started shouting at me, He explained to me that my rail card was expired, and I explained to him that I had not noticed it. I explained to him that my university was closed for Christmas, and I assured him that I will get my rail card up to date when my university opens in January. He said I need to buy a whole new ticket to Manchester, I told him I already have a ticket and that I was not going to buy a new ticket, he decided to take my driver’s Licence , and started getting pictures of my face on his phone and my cards and drivers licence, I told him I was going to make a complaint and I requested that he told me the complaint procedures for the his train company(The Transpire Express) . He shouted no! I asked him for his first and last name, he said his employer told him never to give his name out, He stared acting in a racist manner and I just left him to the bread of sorrow he used to eating. He is not a good Human being
His name is PETER- Train Coordinator.
Officer Badge Number 402843
Incident time-11.44am
Incident location- Huddersfield
Location -on train – Standard class.

Peter needs a very good training on how to manage people. He is not professional in his Job, and I believe he is a RACIST.

Hi David

I am so sorry to hear about your bad experience in the train from Harrogate to Manchester.

This side, however, is for the danish music venue called TRAIN located in Aarhus, Denmark.

We have nothing to do with the trains in either Britain or Denmark. We are a music venue that hosts a lot of live concerts during the year. So nothing to do with actual railroad trains.

I hope you'll send your message to the right place, so Peter can know what he did wrong.

It just does not have anything to do with this side for the music venue TRAIN in Denmark.

I wish you a merry christmas and I hope everything works out for you.

Best,
Marie / TRAIN (a music venue in Aarhus, Denmark 🎶)
