Very very bad service !!!

I ordered an item from this webshop and returned it because it didn't fit. They refunded me a smaller amount because they didn't know how to refund it on my creditcard correctly. When I asked them to refund me the remaining amount I had to give my account number in the Netherlands and they would transfer it into my account. Because they didn't refund in euros I had to pay transfercosts to their bank that was more than the amount I received! When I complained about it they said that it wasn't their fault and I just had bad luck!
Obviously this webshop doesn't care about their customers and does'n give any good service. I don't recomment anyone to buy there if you are not sure about your order or size !!!!

Denne kunde lavede en ordre fra Irland med et kort som var oprettet i USA og varerne skulle leveres i Spanien. Det var en ordre til mange tusinde DKK. Vi tog straks kontakt til Nets Danmark og de rådede os til at annullere ordren. Det gjorde vi og informerede kunden. Alligevel er han nu så fræk at anmelde os her på Trustpilot.
