I have used this company for about 10 printing jobs, being 2 uni dissertations and the others being very large (200+ pages) music part-books, all double-sided b&w and wire spiral bound. They executed every order with good printing finish, quality paper with no print-through and well bound, and to the agreed time (I used standard delivery) except on one occasion. When I rang them the day after I expected delivery on that occasion, they apologized and sent the job guaranteed next morning delivery at their expense.

I will definitely use this company again, they are good value for money and I've found them reliable.

Ok so here is my HONEST review of this company. If you need something to be printed and time is not an issue than i must admit the website is good and probably cheaper than you would expect to pay elsewhere.

Now in the case of something you need urgently (which they are clearly marketing as their strength and USP) I wouldn't take the chance. Firstly you pay for them to process the order and on top of that they charge 9 pound for next day delivery.

This wouldn't be so bad if they lived up to their promise and you knew you were guaranteed to recieve this service. BUT you are not! Be careful with this company and READ their terms and conditions where they basically rid themselves of any liability! for anything!

I wont be ordering anything from this company again which is a shame because the price and quality is good! But the service is terrible and i have found their whole operation to be abit dishonest.

* update* My initial review was 2 stars but has now been reduced to a well deserved 1 star. After at least 3 emails regarding my order enquiry.....not one single reply. AND after a quick search on their site there is no contact number! I have to say this is a first for me, a company with no contact number....

Now im in a position where this company has my money, i havent recieved my order and I have no way to contact or communicate with them! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!

Used the website a few times now, and service is reliable and of good quality.

definetly recommend over traditional printing solutions, and works out cheaper than going to a shop or buying a printer.
