Horrible customer service!

I purchased a Unique's shop product from Walmart, I want to return the item (keeps falling off my wall) Not only are they trying to screw me out of a full refund, (restocking fee, minus their shipping costs, etc) they are also saying that I am responsible for shipping the item back, when on Walmart's website it clearly says they will email a FREE shipping label.
I am very disappointed, I have never run into this problem ordering on Walmart's site before.
I will NEVER order from them again.
P.S. I have tried for over an hour to get them on the phone. Apparently no one works there.
