I got nowhere with them

I got nowhere with them. Like so many others just had to claim and instant refund from PayPal.
In all honesty I think they are just scammers. They rely on you paying the money and then not bothering to claim a refund. A waste of your time and effort.

Same bs email from "Tom" after 24 hours of not answering support emails... about "needing more information". HOWEVER, THERE IS GOOD NEWS!

Go to your PayPal account>Summary. Click on the payment, and "report a problem". It should tell you that you are eligible for an instant refund, with a link.

You guys have a terrible rating. The worst I have ever seen but still here you are hoping somebody will be stupid enough to give you money. Have you thought about getting job? A good scammer leaves a smile on their victim's face. Yours are piling up outside with torches and pitchforks.

They gonna ask for your phone EMI number to confirm that and then they hack your phone by your IMEI number and they stole all your identity.

How to get a PayPal refund from Unlock …

How to get a PayPal refund from Unlock Code Store

If you’ve paid by PayPal they have no choice but to refund you. In fact, no matter what method of payment - they HAVE TO REFUND YOU – it’s in their terms & Conditions. So keep calm, smile! You’ve just gotta be patient, err…. very patient.

Trustpilot don’t allow links in these reviews which would have made this a lot easier so bear with me.

This is what happened to me & how to get your refund:

I wanted a network unlock code.
And I wanted it NOW damn it, NOW.
Like all modern people I want instant everything.
I googled, because that’s what we do.
It felt good to google.
I wanted my phone to be free, to be liberated, to no longer be oppressed by network tyranny. Just kidding. But you get my drift.

Unlock code store came up on the first Google page.
I should have run for the hills at this point.
Instead I looked at their homepage
It was all professional looking and convincing.
My index finger hovered dangerously over the ‘Enter’ Button.
It was only $5.99.
My finger quivered uncontrollably.
That’s when it happened, it was so quick, a blur – I ordered. And without, I repeat WITHOUT looking up REVIEWS.
What a rush. I live on the edge.

I GOT MY PURCHASE EMAIL STRAIGHT AWAY:
My phone would be liberated inside 24 hours.
I was so excited.
I really do need to get out more.

18 H0URS LATER I GOT A SECOND EMAIL:
This email was auto generated from someone called Joshua. The code could not be generated he told me.
My life was in tatters.
Wait there was hope - Joshua needed ‘extra’ information to do it manually. Which turns out to be the exact same information I sent them in the first place.
I smelled a rat. A big smelly rat with hygiene and self-esteem issues.

24 HOURS LATER AND THE THIRD EMAIL FROM THEM – THE ‘REFUND’ EMAIL
Joshua and the team just couldn’t do it, they were very sorry though. Here’s a couple of lines from that email: ‘It is very unlikely another online company will have the unlock code but you could always give it a try.’
That was really good of Joshua to give me, the customer, permission to ‘give it a try.’ But it was ‘very unlikely' according to him.
Within 2 minutes of reading Joshua’s ‘sage advice’ I paid $2.99 to an unlock company on Ebay. My phone was network unlocked in a day. My phone was free at last. But where was my refund?

More From Joshua’s third email:
‘I will now forward your details to our dedicated accounts team who will deal with your refund. Refunds can occasionally take up to 7 days but will usually be back in your account a lot faster than this.’

I waited 7 days.
No refund.
The accounts team are not that dedicated me thinks.

I checked their Full Terms & Conditions: Refund Policy: ‘In a situation where a code does not work or cannot be calculated for your mobile a full refund will be issued. All refunds will be issued via our accounts team.’

Because of those two sentences they have to REFUND the full amount.

YOUR JOB:
If they haven’t refunded you within the time-scale written in their Refund email, in my case 7 days, then go to the Unlock code store. On the homepage click ‘contact us.’ Which takes you to their store support/request page. Fill it all in. I know you don’t want to but it is important to fill it in. Don’t let them off the hook by not doing this bit. It's all part of the BS process. Deep breaths, smile.

In the message box type the following: ‘7 days have passed since your company promised to refund the full amount of my purchase. I have not received this refund. It states in your own Terms & Conditions: Refund Policy: ‘In a situation where a code does not work or cannot be calculated for your mobile a full refund will be issued. All refunds will be issued via our accounts team.’ I expect full refund to be in my PayPal account within 24 hours or I will take up the issue with PayPal resolution centre.
Click the submit button at the bottom.

That's telling them whose boss!
I feel all empowered now.
I need a cup of tea and an afternoon nap, the excitement is too much.

Immediately Sign in to your PayPal account:
Click ‘Summary’ heading in the blue bar at the top of the page.
Click ‘On-line solutions’ from the list of purchases. Which is another name for Unlock-code-store’. The details of that order open.
Click ‘Report a Problem’ which is bottom right.

I clicked on ‘I didn’t receive an item I purchased’.
I didn't need to fill this in because a message from On-line Solutions was already in the box.
All I had to do was copy and paste a link it gave into my browser which took me to a simple page with one box to type in my PayPal email address. Press submit at the bottom. And hey presto you’ve got your refund. The Marathon refund is over. You’ve done it. High five someone, cuddle the dog, hug your partner, punch the air in triumph.

An Ebay company called ‘ZTE Unlock service’ unlocked my phone for $2.99 in a day. They only unlock ZTE phones and may only do so for Australian networks I'm not sure. Check them out.

With all credit card payments – just remember - Unlock code store have to refund you, it says so in the Terms & Conditions.
Good luck

Hi Lee,

I apologise for the confusion here. The website you are looking for is unlockcodestore and we are teamunlockstore.com so your review has been sent to wrong website. Please connect to the right place to get your issue resolved and I am sorry to see that you have been scammed over internet as some websites pretend to be genuine but they are not. At first I was impressed with this …

At first I was impressed with this company. Tom notified me via email that he was not able to unlock my phone. This I understood. He then went on to say that my charge fee of $5.99 would be return to my credit card account within 5 days. Note this was dated September 8, 2017 at 2:21 am. The current date of this review is September 20, 2017. Guess what, no refund on my account. Sent an email got a response that this was in India and since I live across the world may take some time. Excuse me, you can send a text in a matter of seconds. This company only took minutes to take my money, now days to refund. Do not use this company.

Tom was very friendly ☺

They were unable to unlock my phone but that's OK. What I liked is that they kept in touch with me on every detail and refunded my money back on 2nd day.

SCAM stay away

Dirty swindlers took 3 days to tell me they cant provide unlock code and 6 days later no refund. When i checked paypal acc it says refund available so they are betting on the fact that most people will forget and never process the refund.

Edit, they just replied with some BS about not delaying refunds but surprise surprise when i opened a paypal dispute i had a refund in less than 6 hours. These guys are not to be trusted.
