These guys are proper scammer. First they will promote the bulk deal and will then send all the faulty product.

If you buy in bulk they like 3 batteries and 15 cartridges they expect the customer to test all in 30 days as if customer has nothing else to do. If that is the case then do you provide any T&C that it needs to be test with in 30 days on the face of invoice?

When you claim warranty they will bring terms and conditions and Trading standards for 15-30.

They don't accept the fact that the product was faulty on arrival and out of the box.

This company used to be an honest one but now once they have received the money they will come up with excuses.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS. FILED THE DISPUTE WITH CREDIT CARD COMPANY.

First I tried to order and the website didn't work so I just gave up. Then they kept sending me emails asking why I didn't complete my order. Went back and was able to complete the order.

Second, they QUICKLY billed me, and then 24 hours later decide they need more info and want me to call them. Uh, no, you have everything you need; you have my name, my address and my money. That's ALL you need. So they refused to ship unless I called and I refused to call. If they want my business THEY can call me if there's a problem but, once the billing went through, as far as I am concerned, we are done except delivery.

They claim they have canceled my order and are refunding my money.....we shall see.

Terrible way to do business.

Won't waste any more time on them.

I have Ordered the Latest and greatest V2 Pro Series 3 after seeing a very good review on Youtube on the 21st Sept 2014 to my regret. To date, 20th October I have still not received any shipping confirmation. After Contacting Support for the first time, I was told they are out of stock and would ship within another added 10 days. Now today for the second time I have even phoned them (not even to talk about the European support incompotance), with again the same statement "Out of stock"

This time I am getting a 5-7 day promise.

Come on V2, I can't be the only one wanting normal delivery times. Your American support personnel might be friendly, but my paid Product is what I want, not a empty promise.

Right now I can just warn everybody out there, this site takes money, and in return you only receive empty Promises. Not really how one is suppose to do business.

My coworkers have commented on the fact that my clothing no longer smells like an ash tray, and it’s great to be able to vape in places where lighting up is impossible. Also I never thought that the available flavors would be so enjoyable. I’m especially fond of the cherry and the coffee. I only wish that your e cigarettes were available years ago! Better late than never, though!

Finally, an electric cigarette that doesn’t taste like stale tea toward the end of its life! That was my big complaint about the other brands I tried, particularly the disposables. I have been a smoker for years and finally decided it was time to switch to an e-cig to help get rid of the annoying odor they leave on me, especially the taste I get in my mouth. I ordered these for both of my grandparents last Christmas and they really seem to be loving them! I haven't yet gotten to the point where I'm ready to quit, but V2 cigarettes are awesome when I'm not allowed to smoke. I haven't been to a bar that allowed smoking in probably over 3 years, so it's a huge convenience not having to walk outside to smoke between drinks. Also, I can use these right in my office break room, so I don't even have to worry about coming in late from a 15 minute break anymore. Great tasting and extremely useful.
