Absolutely appalling service from Northwest Forwarding Express LLC (Viabox company name), specifically Grace and Abe. I have lost $3000 worth of products. I paid $1,000 to ship Christmas gifts in December, only to have 95% of the items arrive damaged. There was zero effort to ensure proper packaging—no bubble wrap, and the items weren’t even placed in proper double-walled boxes.

To make matters worse, I was quoted $334 for a double-walled box, which is completely ridiculous. Instead, they used flimsy single-wall boxes for an international shipment. How could a shipping company not realize how unsuitable that is?

This experience was unacceptable, and I cannot recommend their services to anyone. Completely unprofessional and careless.

**Edit - my package finally arrived after 8+ weeks - for the sake of a little more money I will choose UPS / DHL / FEDEX in the future - DO NOT CHOOSE ARAMEX. Glad I got my parcel though**
It has been 8 weeks Since my parcel was shipped from them with £300 of clothes and it is nowhere to be seen

Customer service isn’t helping.

I selected to use Aramex courier and maybe they are to blame but Viabox aren’t helping.
Btw I am not a competitor leaving a fake review or a bot, I’m just really pi$$ed off!!!!! Not heard anything for 2 weeks

Items do not match what they advertise at all! Their website states that they will refund if you are not 100% satisfied with your item. The dress I bought is way too big and they are now refusing to refund me stating they will only make an exchange if the item is damaged which is not what they originally said. Clothing very poor quality and they are basically scamming you out of your money. STAY AWAY, they should be ashamed of themselves.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE COMPLETELY SCAMMED OUT OF $100. ALL ITEMS COME FROM CHINA AND ARE 100% POLYESTER...BEWARE!!!!!

Used their service once in 2015-09-08. Will probably never use again.

Rubbish company. Unprofessional and tardy. They are slow to help customers but quick to request trustpilot to remove genuine (unfavourable) reviews. Will not use them again.

received my package today & everything was well protected and sealed.

Shipping carrier tracking was little delayed by a day or two, but other than that, delivery time was reasonable with no delays at customs.

Plenty of shipping partners but ALL OF THEM ARE RIDICULOUSLY PRICED.

Unfortunally I have read all the negative review later
I'm seriously thinking to discard all the orders
If I order them again and ship with Myus will cost me less .
