Viva Print & Design Ltd 

I have used Viva Print a few times and to be honest the quality of the canvas prints have been good overall with no real delivery issues. However, with a lot of other comments made by people here there customer service is non-existent!!
I did have a damage issue with my last order and sent pictures of the damage to them with all my details but no response came.
Its a shame as they are priced well and quality has been good for me but heaven forbid if you have a problem with your order!
I will think twice about using them next time.

I placed an order 2 days ago expecting delivery of the canvas yesterday. Nothing has arrived and the contact numbers registered are not recognised, nor have my emails been responded to. I'm not sure if this is a scam?

Ordered a print and paid for next day delivery more than 2 weeks ago. I have still not received my print. I've tried contacting the company but they don't answer email, they don't answer their web contact form and they never answer the phone. At the very least a business should be contactable and responsive to customer problems.

I will never use viva print again and like a previous reviewer will be contacting trading standards. It's not just the lack of the print, or the loss of the money, it's the complete lack of any contact from the company.

I eventually ordered my print from a different company, )one who answered their phone when I rang them,) and got my print the next day.

Paid for next day delivery for a canvas print to arrive in time for my wedding anniversary, but delivery took an extra 2 days eventually arriving on a Sunday (very strange) and after my anniversary, sadly. The print is fine, but it has not been well fitted to the frame so it is loose and 'baggy'. Tried contacting the company by phone and email, but have received no response. I will be sending them a link to this review and will be contacting trading standards.

My advice: do not use viva print.

Item arrived damaged. Quality wasn't great. Company had no interest whatsoever in replacing the damaged item. This was an anniversary gift and left me short of a gift which I then had to buy a second time from a company who actually care about customer service. I would rather eat razor blades than deal with this company again!

I placed my order with Viva Print on a Wednesday morning, before 12pm. It read that if my order is placed before 12 then I would qualify for next day delivery if I opted to pay for that option. So that is what I did, impatient for a canvas as a present. However, Thursday came no canvas, Friday came no canvas. I tried contacting Viva Print on the Friday morning, with no avail - the phone line just rings out. I tried numerous times throughout the day, to still get nowhere. I also tried emailing the address they advertise on their website to use if needing to get in touch with customer service - still nothing.

I then decided to contact the delivery company, who informed me that my parcel would not be arriving until the Tuesday as it was put on standard delivery by Viva Print, despite charging me £4 for the next day option on the Wednesday!

I find this such a big shame, as the canvas is beautifully done. I would have placed so many more orders with them however due to having a completely non-existent customer service I have doubts to order again, not only have they taken money for a service they didn't provide, but if something were to be wrong with a canvas there is no way of getting it sorted as there is no customer service. I have emailed/rang since this for the last few weeks with still no avail. I will be taking this further. Deeply disappointed.

I purchased a canvas from vivaprint as a gift for my mums birthday on Sunday afternoon.
I selected next day delivery which would mean I would have the canvas with me on Tuesday as my order was made after midday on Sunday.
Initially after I has purchased the canvas I did not receive a confirmation for my order which was worrying however the money had been debited from my account. I then finally contacted viva print on Tuesday morning and they finally got back to me that afternoon. Tuesday came and went and no canvas arrived.
I attempted to contact viva print by phone and another few times by email with no response.
Really sad to leave such a poor review but the customer service or lack of it is disgraceful. And sadly my mums birthday came and went with no canvas.
Wish I had went with a reputable company. Complete disappointment.

I recently ordered from this company.. Everything from Order to Delivery was exceptional.. I am also delighted with the beautiful canvas.

My husband took a photo of the beach at Northumberland with his mobile phone camera. The photo looked good and he was very proud of it. "It looks like a painting", he boasted. Anyway, early on Monday morning I came across Viva print's website and with the prices being so low I decided to get the photo put onto canvas. It was so easy.

I paid via Paypal. The canvas came this morning only two days after I ordered it and it's fantastic! From a tiny

less than £30. I can thoroughly recommend this company and I think they've solve my future Christmas and birthday presenter problems

I was looking for some canvas prints and found viva. Uploaded my pics on the site picked a few options and my order was complete. Very easy.

Delivery was in a couple of days very quick for bespoke printing like this.

Like many of the others on her that have left negative feedback. I paid for 'next day delivery' the canvas wasn't sent out till a day later even though I ordered well before the cut off time. I have called at least 5 times and left messages on their answer phone but no one ever calls you back. I have emailed them at least 10 times, but once again no one ever gets back to you. I paid for next day delivery as I need the canvas as a B'day present for some. But as this date has now past and I still don't have the item I paid for, it's no longer needed. I have now had to raise a case with Paypal to try and get my money back and will be contacting the OFT about this company.

I would advice anyone who orders from them to email or call first and see if you get a reply from this company. I get the feeling that the 3 previous reviews are all left by this company. Of course I have no proof, but funny how they seems to be able to contact this company but no one else can.

I would spend a bit extra and buy from somewhere else, then you won't be in same situation I am.

I ordered a large canvas print for my brother in laws birthday present. I paid extra for supposed Photo Touch-up service - which they are still not able to explain what they did for this additional fee!! The quality of the canvas stretching is awful. My 6 year old could have stapled it in better. The canvas is very baggy (not stretched at all). The print quality is so bad you can hardly see what the picture is meant to be, and the additional service is non existent. I had also paid for Next Working Day; delivery, I ordered Friday it arrived Tuesday instead of Monday - with no apology or explanation. I tried to make contact with them on a working day between 9.30am-5.30pm, no one answered a phone or replied to an email message or message via their website.
They would not accept that the item is faulty and will not exchange or refund. All I have been told is that I should have refused the parcel on delivery. However, the item was left on the door step, no one knocked at the house, and no one obtained a signature. So I will contact trading standards.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have looked them up, it is run from a residential address, and the person who runs it must just do this in the back of a shed. Shonksters, this is daylight robbery.

The colour resolution and print quality is fantastic as always .

Purchased 9 x A1 prints at about £30 each.

Prints arrived the next day, what a great service. These prints were of my own pics so not as if they have just picked of a shelf and sent out. They have been custom made in less than 24 hours.

Was recommended viva print by my sister who had a canvas print done for our mothers birthday, I wanted a large family portrait for our living room so ordered the A1 size, it arrived on time and well packaged considering how big it is! I'm very pleased with the quality and materials used and wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.
