I order a jacket for my daugther birthday what it come was gigantic and no what I pay for it us ridiculous how they rip off people my daugther gift was ruin for people who literally steal your money in your face .don't buy nothing again online .now is so hard to trust any company so sad for the ones that really had honest business.

If I could give them NEGATIVE stars I would! Nothing was what it seems, from the material to there Customer Service! Do yourself a favor, shop elsewhere. You will be happier!

Can I give less than 1 star? The company has been a nightmare to deal with. Clothing is cheap and not even close to how it’s pictured. They will not provide me with return information and I have been asking for 4 months. They want me to accept 30% of what I paid and for me to donate the clothes. They don’t even want the crap back. I ordered a dress from them , what I got was nothing that looked like the picture the zipper wouldn’t open , don’t order from this company it’s a scam

THEY ADVERTISE ON INSTAGRAM. COOL PICS. NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEMS.

I ordered two sweaters from this company. After several months, I received one sweater. This sweater was one of the ugliest sweater I ever saw. It looked nothing like what was shown on the catalog. I tried to return it and this was their response:
"Thank you for your email and sorry that we can't find the problem As our return policy, you can return the parcel to us. We only receive returning parcels in china now and the shipping cost will very expensive and it will spend too much time on the way. So could you please consider to keep it and you can send the product to you friends as a gift Hope for your understanding and waiting for your reply". I couldn't believe this response. I gave up on sending it back and tried to focus on getting a refund for the second sweater that I never received. They stated that it was out of stock. I asked them to refund my money. However, after numerous emails asking for them to refund my money, they never sent my money and just completely stopped responding to my emails. So I literally just lost my $72.87. Part of it for the ugly sweater and the other part was for a sweater I never received. If you value your money, DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

They are horrible! I placed an order, and realized I'd left off a shirt, so I immediately cancelled that order, and placed a 2nd order with the added shirt. They told me the order was already shipped! BS! Also, I wanted to return a shirt that doesn't fit...never worn, tags still on it, they offered me a 15% discount instead. I will never order from them again.

Not worth a star. Ordered two items. The most expensive one never turned up - instead a worthless teacksuit not worth $5. Took 6 -six- months and lots of emails to get it. Ordered end of December 2020. Received end of June - only went out fot shipping beginning of Feb 2021. Now they told me it is past the 6 month cut-off time. What a joke. Scammers. But I will keep on bugging them with emails. Every day….

Sizing is way off. Refuse to give me a refund! Told me to donate the item. Sorry I ever considered their product

Awful company to deal with. Got excuse after excuse from customer service. My order took 45 days to arrive. Quality was "eh" at best. Don't waste your time or money!!!!

Honestly they do not deserve a star. Everything about this company is a joke. It took a month to ship my items. They were NOTHING of the size they claimed they would be. I paid $44.00 to have them returned to CHINA after spending 3 solid nights begging (through emails) that they please provide me with an address. They received my items December 17,2020(per tracking) and the company claims that they can not find my package. Sadly, I paid $95.00 for my order, $44.00 for return shipping and the only refund they offered me was 25% of $95.00. THERE IS NO REASON I SHOULD NOT GET BACK WHAT I PAID!! $95.00 IS DEFINITELY OWED TO ME!! I wish I had read these reviews. It was a very special occasion and I truly needed those items. I pray that we all are compensated for our losses due to this tasteless company. I’m sorry you all and myself had to experience this.

I placed an order Dec 2 and received 1 item out of 6 in mid Jan. I have tried to contact the company to no avail and to add insult to injury, they have black-listed my email account. I paid $134 through PayPal so I'm going to file a claim and see where that goes.

I purchased a sweater that I thought looked beautiful in the advertisement picture. It took a long time for me to receive what I purchase. OMG when I finally got the sweater the quality was horrible it looked like a replica that was made in a sweat shop somewhere. I contacted Comfyvivi to return the ugly sweater. After several emails back and forth with several excuses about returning the item and refunding me my money. I finally got in contact with PayPal to refund me my money. This company has very poor quality and operate a fraud merchandise nothing like the photos they advertise. I would never waste my time or money buying anything from this company again.

This has to be the worst online experience ever, I didn’t get what I ordered and they sent me 2 items that i didn’t order and were total rubbish.
I have contacted them asking for a refund, but they are claiming their policy states I can’t get a refund even though it is their fault. Still going back a forwards with emails trying to get my money back.

I Harriet Franklin placed an order with this company. I ordered 4 outfits at 69.00 each. It took me about 3 months to receive the order and when I did receive the order it looked like something they purchased at thrift store.The pantsuits was nothing like the pictures on the website. I would tell anyone, please do not order from this company because it is a scam. The pictures on the Webb is very tempting. Very elegant nice looking suits. I was planning to order my winter suits from this company and not have to worry about buying any more suits for the winter. I had the hardest time trying to get in touch with the company and when I did it was by email and they talk like they was very uneducated. Please do not order from this company. It is a scam!!!!
