Please avoid this company at all cost. Ordered glasses back in Feb, promised they would arrive in due course. Waited patiently for two months. Then asked for refund. Lost count of how many times was promised refund. No refund received. Looking into legal claim at the moment. DO NOT USE!
have investigated company director-he has been involved with many other companies -all registered addresses dont exist-LIKE SO MANY OTHERS-NEVER REFUNDED
I have, unfortunately, bought'it from them one pair of glasses. I had to send them back because of the quality and asked for the refund. Never ever had the refund back from those one. It's the worst company online I've ever seen. after 7 months still not having the refund. They have admit receving my return and writing me they will give me my money back. Stil I never had a penny back from them.
Should have read the reviews. They've sent 2 emails with different order numbers on and not replied to any of mine. Starting proceedings with bank to get money back. Where's my specs? Rubbish support, no contact details. DO NOT USE.
Do not order from this company as you will not receive your product, will not be able to phone them (the number never connects) and they will not respond to your emails. I ordered a pair of glasses 2 weeks ago and they took my money immediately but then emailed to say the frames had been discontinued. I haven't received a refund so have been trying to contact them ever since but I'm starting to think I may never get my money back. I will definitely be taking this further by contacting Consumer Direct...
