Having bought a bed previously from this website I was thoroughly disappointed with my recent experience. Purchased a bed with next day delivery only to be called on the day it was meant to be delivered to be told that they didn’t in fact have it anymore and wouldn’t be getting it back. Also still waiting on my refund as the payment was taken despite there being no stock and I’m now out of pocket as I’ve had to buy another bed in the meantime. Would not recommend.

Terrible service. Bed out of stock but they still took my money and bed still on website as in stock 9 days later. Yet to receive a refund for my bed and it has been 9 days!

The bed arrived on the promised day and was easy to assemble from the instructions with it. Excellent purchase for the price.

Looked in many shops but couldn't find any bed that my daughter liked...bit dubious about buying this one on line but it is gorgeous....heavy, strong and really solid...just what she wanted. It is beautiful and looks far more expensive than it is! Brilliant and delivery was so fast!!!

i was very apprehensive about ordering off wearebeds.com as there are many bad reviews.but I really wanted a piece of furniture so took a chance and am very pleased with the service it only took 2 days to be delivered. This website does not deserve bad reviews like they have received and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Excellent service A*

Absolutely fab service- delivered when they said they would.

Ordered a bed paid for a bed for next day delivery as moving into new property the next day I then get a phone call at 3pm next day saying that the bed is out of stock and money will be paid back to me leaving me without a bed... it then took me 2 phone calls to get the money refunded to my account. Deffinatly won't be recommending or using again.

To be honest I find there is a lack of communication with customers and find the company a little disorganised. However the quality of the furniture they have to offer are absolutely fantastic quality and reasonably priced. I will DEFINITELY purchase again.

Bought the wooden Stripe king size bed frame and it was exactly as described. Easy to put together, solid on construction and looks great. Fits a standard king size mattress perfectly.

Although the delivery was advised as approx. 10 days, it arrived the day after ordering, but thankfully I was in to receive it. Didn't get notification of delivery time or date, but that's the only down side.

I ordered a bed one week ago it has never arrived I have e mailed the company and tried to phone but they don't answer the phone.
Do not use this company, I will contact my credit card company to try to get my money back

We purchased a a Richmond pine king size bed from this company. We received a call from them stating they could longer get hold of the bed, it was removed from their website.
I called them the call was answered by a company called UK imports??? not we r beds.
There was confusion the customer rep did seem to know what she was doing.after a long call it was finally agreed to provide a refund.
It is now 5 days later and I still have not received the refund. Stay clear of this comoany!!!!!!!!

+ve Good price, great design, ok quality and fast delivery, easy to follow instructions.

-ve No order confirmation or delivery notification, the goods just turned up, driver had no helper. Goods had a few quality issues such as minor cracks, poor workmanship eg woodstaining, missing two wooden supports.

I order tow single bed for my childrens and the beds was top quality of wood very nice, very fast delivery take just four days (I take that ten days delivery) I highly recommend

Ordered a bed and received within 2 days. Prompt delivery and glad to receive it so fast. however things just turned bad once I found one of the planks were broken and screws missing. Have been trying to find a solution for past 4 days but customer service not reachable very easily and do not provide a very good support service. Don't know how long will it take to resolve, probably need to return back the product if not resolved soon.

Ordered 2 wooden frames for my daughters, was given 10day delivery slot and they arrived next day, (because they came so soon I'd not moved to my new property) but the delivery man rang me, was completely understanding and BEYOND helpful, dropped them at my old address incurring no charge to myself!!
The beds are fantastic.
Customer service is second to none. The only problem is.. ..The craftsmanship of the beds is that good I'll prob not need to return for another 20years!!

Good quality made bed for very little money,I would have expected to pay at least double the price any where else.The delivery was next day and also free.What more could you want from a company.

I bought this item on Friday morning 8th of may 2015 never got an email receipt so I called we are beds to ask if payment was placed & when are you going to deliver the bed the costumer service representative he said it will be delivered on Monday 11& payment was made in full so I took the the day off from work on Monday 11th & Tuesday the 12th waiting for the bed it did not arrive so I called we are beds today Wednesday the 13th to ask were the bed is it turns out the bed is out of stock is it to much to ask for a courtesy call or email me over the weekend or on the 11th & the 12 so I've asked for a refund I don't know how long that will take?? I'm very disappointed
