Their system distorted our uploaded design.

Huge waste of time. We uploaded our own image, which was prepared by a professional designer, but their system distorted it. They claim to assign you a "personal" designer, but ours (Shannon) did nothing but send a canned message that did not apply to our situation, over and over. She sent the exact same unacceptable proof five times and did not respond to anything we said. We called customer service three times but no one knew how to make the proof match the file we submitted. After spending many frustrating hours trying to obtain an accurate proof, we had to cancel the order.

Every batch is a different color??

This is a review for their wedding invitation, reply cards, information cards, & menu in laser cut.
Their website looks decent, and they sent out nicely packaged sample cards.. that's why I went for them.. don't get fooled by that!!
After reviewing the samples, I decided to order the laser cut invitation in "cashmere pink". Its a light blush dreamy pink color that's perfect for my wedding theme color. When I receive the final products, they were NUDE!! UGLY YELLOWISH NUDE... luckily I still had time, so I called them, the girl told me on the phone "every batch every printer will have different color" DON'T YOU DO QUALITY CHECK? DON'T YOU DO COLOR MATCHING? you are in the printing industry!!!! and you don't have an STANDARD COLOR to match?? They send me a 2nd batch for free, same s. .nude.. I don't have time to waste anymore because I had to mail them out, but I MADE them promise that my MATCHING dinner menu should be BLUSH PINK because they will be presented on the dinner table with other decorations that are pastel color (BLUSH/GOLD PLEASE!!!!).....the $6 per print MENU came out NUDE AGAIN!!!!, called them again, senT pictures via e-mail, requesting the pink as showen on sample, how hard could it be?! 2nd batch same S, 3rd batch a little tiny more pink than ugly NUDE.... wedding is in one week.... totally stressed me out!!! I spent over $1040 on wedding stationary for 100 guests, if its 99 cents products I won't complain about the quality. Toward the end I'm even SCARED TO OPEN THEIR BOX in mail because the UGLY NUDE nightmare is hunting me! The STRESSSSSSSSS~~~~

Falsely Advertises Quality Via Samples- Low Quality Printing, Groupon Scam

I ordered a sample set and was really impressed, and planned to order both my save the dates and invitations from Wedding Paper Divas. I spent a lot of time picking the perfect suite of products, matching fonts, and all of the other fun stuff you do when planning your wedding. I came across a Groupon for a product discount that coincided with my timeline to print my Save the Date magnets, and after falling in love with my proof I submitted my order. When the package arrived, I opened it to find envelopes and magnets wrapped in plastic. The envelopes, which were white, were of much lower quality than the sample product. Also, despite being plastic-wrapped, all of the envelopes had gray dirt ingrained into all of the edges. It looked as if someone plastic wrapped a pile of cheap envelopes that had been sitting in dust for months. Then, I looked at the magnets. Every single magnet had deep vertical scratches through the printed side, as if the printer had sliced them all during the printing process. There were scratches that literally cut through the faces of my fiance and I in our photos. Additionally, the solid color background was riddled with white splotches where the ink had not set, and all of the magnets were covered in dust and dirt (just like the envelopes). I immediately called customer service and explained the condition of the product that arrived, and they offered to reprint them. The reprints came, and literally looked NO DIFFERENT. Covered in dirt, scratched and damaged, with poor quality ink that was splotched with white/gray. I requested to return the products for a refund, and was told that because I had applied a groupon to the purchase to receive a discount, I wasn't eligible for a refund. So because I applied a groupon that the company sold through groupon... I could not get a refund for a valid return of damaged items.

Luckily I realized how terrible this company is before I printed invitations as well, but they essentially sent me actual dirt and stole my money. If anyone wants some scratched, splotchy magnets let me know! I wish this review site would let me post pictures of what Wedding Paper Divas sent to me.

Never before saw such a high level of incompetence

Stay away from this company. For our daughter’s wedding, we ordered invitations and insert cards, plus envelopes with our return address on the back and guest addresses printed on the front. The invitations and insert cards came on schedule, beautifully done. The envelopes came a week after the invitations. The front was blank. The back flap, rather than our return address, had the guest addresses, wrong color, too small font, UPSIDE DOWN! I called and they said they’d redo it and I’d have it within 3 days, which they did. These envelopes had the guest addresses in the wrong font (actually, two fonts-they used a different font for the name and the address, both different from our chosen font), and the return addresses were all blurry. I contacted customer service who said I’d get a replacement within 3 days. This was followed by delays, leading me to speak to a customer service supervisor, who told me that they would ship the envelopes in two more days, but there would be an extra 1 day delay so that they could do a quality review before shipping (implication being that they don’t normally look at what they print and ship, but that was pretty obvious). But then there were further delays, leading me to speak to the supervisor’s supervisor. He was unable to explain the delays, but after another week he said they were being shipped. They arrived the next day. The printing quality was fine, but they included design elements that were not part of our order. And, more importantly, they were 3x5 inch envelopes instead of the 5.75x8.75 inch envelopes in which our invitations would actually fit! Twice in the next few days the supervisor emailed me pictures of their next attempts, but in both cases the return address was as blurry as the previous attempt (and he didn’t disagree with me when I told him that it was unacceptable). Meanwhile, I ordered blank envelopes elsewhere and printed them beautifully on my own printer. The only good news is I had disputed the charge from Wedding Paper Divas with my credit card company, and Wedding Paper Divas did in fact issue a full credit. Take my advice and the advice of so many others here and DO NOT USE WEDDING PAPER DIVAS.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

We were given a delivery date that came and went. No invitations. When we called the company, we were told that our design needed final "approval." As we were on the phone, the status was changed to "ordered" and we were given a new delivery date. When I checked the status a few days later, the "ordered" was changed again to "pending." We also found out that their foil invitations are outsourced. They were going to charge us $250 for 40 invitations. The hidden costs really add up.

Horrible customer service at Wedding Paper Divas

Stay away from Wedding Paper Divas....

We ordered invitations, response cards, detail cards, response envelopes and invitation envelopes. We paid to personalize the envelopes, pre-print the addresses and expedite the order. The invitations, response cards and detail cards arrived a day earlier than promised. However, the envelopes were still showing on their site as printing the day before the promised delivery due date.

I called and asked if they would be delivered and they told me there was a production delay, some kind of problem with their printers. I was told they would be shipped overnight the next day (so they would be 1 day late). The next day I called again because the order was still showing as printing on their site. I was told there was another delay but they should be done that day and they would ship. I called again later that same day and was told the order was done printing but would ship the next day. I told the lady I was promised the would ship that day. So she put in a "rush" order and assured me they had 3 hours util UPS pickup and they would go out.

Not believing her, I asked her to send me plain envelopes because I was at my deadline to send our invitations. She put the order in and promised me the blank envelopes would go out that day and I would receive an email with the tracking number. (This was all on a wednesday) Well, I never received an email with the tracking the numbers.

I called again on Thursday and was told the original envelopes were not printed (so I was lied to the day before) and they had to move the print job to another printing facility. I was told it would be another 1-3 days to print and ship. I asked about the blank envelopes and all she said was I see the note that they were requested, but not shipped.

On Friday night (2 days after they were supposed to be delivered) I received an email that my order was shipping. When I checked, it was only the invitation envelopes and not the response envelopes. Oh and by the way, instead of overnighting them to be delivered on Saturday, they will arrive on a Monday. I still have not idea when I will get the response envelopes.

Way to go Wedding Paper Divas for screwing up the one thing you are supposed to be able to do...print and deliver!!! And thanks for stressing us out! We almost called the wedding off because we didn't think we could get our invitations out in time. But thanks to the excellent service at Amazon, I was able to order blank envelopes for both invitations and response cards and print them myself!!!

HORRIBLE COMPANY

Worst customer service with wait time ranging from 90-120 min. Misrepresentation of products on their website, cancelling orders last minute without letting the customer know. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.

Way to ruin a Wedding

This company must be taking a dive because they have rave reviews but that last few reviews I see are all negative... Including mine. I have order my wedding invitations and RSVP cards through Wedding Paper Divas so of course I trusted their work when I made the decision to order my gift tag stickers for my wedding favors. 84 stickers, sounds simple, right? Wrong.

I ordered my item the first week of August with a delivery date of August 15. When they did not arrive as scheduled I did not panic because I thought it was a simple mail delivery delay. Never had an issue with them before, I surely was not expecting one now. Two days later (August 17) I call to follow up. They cannot locate a tracking number or tell me where my package is other than "it has shipped". The rep on the phone asked me to wait until the end of the week and if the package did not arrive to follow up. I wait until a week after the expected delivery date (August 22) and call back for a status update. "The package has been lost". They reassure me they will credit me back some of the cost (which they did) and that new stickers would go to print with a guaranteed delivery date of August 25.

Surprise, surprise, when my package is not delivered on the date they promised. Instead, the only thing I received from WPD on August 25 was an email telling me my product had been delayed and will not process for up to another 3 days! We are now 7 days from my wedding.

I call back today and basically get the run around. They all tell me the same thing (which means they are all just repeating the customer notes in their system)... "It has gone to print. It is finished printing. We have it set for next day air".

I make another call the same day because I was told they "for sure" would be mailed out today but they needed to hear from their printing department which is based out of Minnesota. Shocker, again, when I call and someone tells me that my product will not be delivered tomorrow either because it missed the cut off time of for the UPS pick-up. I am at my wits ends with this company and will never use them again. Not because they don't produce beautiful products but rather because they are deceitful and dishonest. With planning an event as special and meaningful as a wedding, a company should take getting products to their customers as an utmost service.

Last I hear my product will be going out tonight and delivered tomorrow. I wont hold my breath because if I did I wouldn't make it to my wedding!

Ruined My Wedding...STAY AWAY

I, like many people on here, have heard many great things about Wedding Paper Divas. I heard they had fantastic products, customization, fast response times, and great customer service. Well, after losing two of our orders and making us miss 10 wedding programs for our guests, I would have to say WEDDING PAPER DIVAS IS TERRIBLE. When I called customer service about my two lost orders they said don't worry, we will reprint them and ship them out Next Day Air. I was like great because they weren't huge orders and it was still a week before the wedding. No problem they said. Well, THEY LIED. I received the bigger of the two orders in 3 days, which was amazing, and I assumed the other order, the smaller of the two, would soon be to me as well. NOPE. After repeated calls and their repeated assurances that it would make it to me by the deadline, it never showed up because the warehouse was closed (which out of the 5 times I called no one mentioned). It makes no sense that Wedding Paper Divas customer service would be open but the warehouse is closed. Thanks for RUINING MY WEDDING. I cannot wait to tell every single person I know, and even people I don't know, to stay away from Wedding Paper Divas.

Dint do it! Just spend more somewhere else!

I was excited to get decent invites a a good price. Many invites came damaged on the corners and we're unusable. The rest had damage but could still be used. I ordered replacements without complaining. Paid extra delivery. Still hasn't arrived on schedualed delivery day and no communication from Divas. I called they said there was a printing error and that's it no help no nothing just deal with it!

Horrible experience!

This bunch must "scrub" negative reviews, as there is no way they are such a highly rated outfit. Ordered cards from them, received the box when they said I would, only NO INVITATIONS in the box, only envelopes. This put us behind another week. Then, when we go to address the envelopes, every single one of them is GLUED SHUT on one side. Utterly ridiculous and no one I know will be ordering anything from them. The product itself does not look high quality, either. We ordered some from another company and they were ten times better and got to us, even!

Great Wedding Stationery

We bought our wedding invites from Wedding Paper Divas for our wedding in July 2010 and loved them. The design was beautiful, they were very easy to customize and the price was very reasonable. We got a lot of compliments on them from our guests.

I can’t say enough good things about the Wedding Paper Divas’ staff. We ran into a problem with these invites where the color in the sample that we ordered was a light purple. Since our wedding color was dark purple, we customized the color to match. However, when we got the actual invites, the custom color came out as more of a blue color that did not look good (apparently that happens a lot with custom colors since each printer is different). I called Wedding Paper Divas and they reprinted them all for free. The rep even spent time on the phone with me to find a color that would work and sent me free samples so I could see the color. When they arrived they were the exact color that we wanted.

I would definitely recommend Wedding Paper Divas to anyone looking for wedding stationery!

Great company I would recommend

I love the wedding invitations I received from Wedding Paper Divas. Their customer service helped me with the design because I wanted a slight deviation from their selection. My order came on time and I was impressed with the quality. I highly recommend the double thick paper.
