Wellbury are currently the only stockists of a product that was advertised on several sites but was 'unobtainable at present' so I was expecting problems. Very pleased to find that the order and payment went through without a hitch and that the item arrived very quickly. I will definitely use them again.

good company but however look at the free postage request on orders over £40 otherwise you mabe charged and have to contact to remove.

Ordered item late Fri night, I knew it wouldn't be sent out until Monday, and I received it Weds, so more than happy with the service.

When I opened the packet I was astounded to see that there is a further £149 to pay... without any apparent or clear mention of this additional fee on the website. Indeed the manufacturer admits that the additional fee is only mentioned buried in the FAQ pages of their website.

I absolutely abhor dishonesty or sharp practices in any form and in my opinion consider this clear case of such behaviour.

For many years I owned and operated three medical companies... which were at the forefront of online medicine in the UK and the rest of the world... we always quoted the full cost of anything up front with no hidden charges, and were always entirely straight forward gaining respect and many return customers.

I am frankly surprised and astounded at this turn of events and have asked to return the package for a full and complete refund.

My hair dye came not even sure its the right product it doesn't look like any other that I have bought of the same brand and same colour and both boxes were ripped and torn...absolutely rubbish quality service
