Sells Counterfeit Goods

Found out today that this company is linked to another website Golfsales365 which sells counterfeit items.
How do I know? Well just received a letter from HM Revenue & Customs via Adidas group that the item I purchased was in fact a counterfeit. I was very confused as the price I paid was only 15% cheaper then my local golf shop and the website looked pretty authentic.
So contacted the company and was told that they would only refund me 50% as otherwise they would lose money!!!! If I did not accpet the 50% they would close their accounts and shut shop - with this response I do believe that HM Revenue was correct.
So buyers beware - I now have to sign a declearation and contact Adidas to prevent them from pressing charges....arrgggggg

Am I a lucky customer?

I bought a titleist cameron 2 putter a few days ago. I didn't expect much so when I unwrapped the package I found it is OK, even beyond my expectation. I don't really care where the company is based and maybe I am just a lucky customer to buy a good golf club at this site.

Sub standard quality and hidden charges

I spent over £1000 for 5 sets of clubs. 1 set arrived 7 days later. They were used and being returned from another un happy customer. I was informed another set was on its way and they would be better quality. They arrived and were poor quality. I wasn't sure they were genuine. I contacted them for a return and refund. I was told i had to send them back to china at my own expense, then there was charges on the credit card bill for this transaction but to top it all i receive a bill from FedEX for import taxes because i imported them from china. Taking legal action to recover all my costs. Stay away. The quality of there items is for the chinese market and very poor quality so is there customer service. Non of what i have mentioned is in there terms and conditions. Consumer rights definetely breached.
