Ordered product on 9/10/10 and received an unprofessional email with no link to the webpage. It was difficult to find the webpage again and their phone number doesn't take incoming calls. They are NOT registered with Creditsafe, which they should be if they are legitimate.

My experience too - all the hallmarks of a scam. Company website up and running and still processing orders as of October 12, but no email response, and the London phone number (for a company with a Southampton address?) is unobtainable. No charge to the credit card as yet, but I've put a stop on it regardless.
