I joined this false web and bided a coffee machine for $79.00 in 2012 and before I realised, my account was debited but never received the coffee machine. I tried talking to someone and send emails but to no reply. If I ever have the chance, I will sue them for theft.

I am furious with this company in nov LAST YEAR I was scammed by this company i too was told I had automatically signed to be a platinum member (BULLS**T) and had been charged £59.99 for the pleasure upon trying to cancel I wastold I would be charged £28.00 to cancel and the rest of the £59.99 would be refunded it is now April and I'm still waiting for my refund!!!! Scammers.com is what they should be called they need shutting down!!!!!

Two days later we receive an email advising us we have 3months to cancel membership 41.00 usd. If we want the item we bid on we must do the following. The Ziinga.com support team is at your service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Because we have a one gift per household policy, you must confirm your identity by sending the following documents as proof: Scanned copy of Credit Card (front and back) Scanned copy of valid ID (passport or driver's license) They keep the money we bid and the cancellation fee . THIS IS MY CONCERN DO YOU UNDERSTAND I WANT MY MONEY BACK I REFUSE TO SCAN MY PASSPORT DRIVERS LICENSE OR PAY CANCELLATION FEES I WAS NOT AWARE OF. DO YOU UNDERSTAND????

I bid for an ipod and won it. I had to register and pay for shipping but I was over the moon.........until they wanted id. They want a photocopy of your passport, a letter with your name and address on and a photo copy of debit card with the numbers crossed out except for the last 3 or 4 digits. Thats everything they need to steal you identity!!! So obviously I didnt do that and forgot about it until I checked my bank statement and ziinga have taken £59.99 out which made me go over my overdraft so I was charged from the bank £10 a day!!! When i spoke to the 'live chat advisor' she told me that i had signed up for a platinum account!! I didnt and there was nothing sayin i had. Theyve cancelled my mermbership but when ive looked on their website i am now gonna be charged £28 for cancelling!!! DO NOT SIGN UP!!!!
