Been ordering from Zoombits, and its sister company Memorybits, for years and the experience has been virtually faultless. Orders are usually delivered promptly and without any hassle. There has only been one occasion where my parcel has not arrived on time however, as soon as I contacted the Zoombits team, it was sorted immediately. The customer service was brilliant and they sent out a replacement item very quickly. I will definitely be using Zoombits again in the future!

Waited 3 weeks no emails saying Out Of Stock. Just an email saying item despatched. But delayed due to snow. could not get through to number. but did get through to a live chat agent who was very helpful though.
