Never use again

Never use again.
Sent up my old iPhone 6 which was in very good condition had a screen cover and a case since day one. Always looking after my phone. Maybe dropped a couple of times so a few scratches on the back apart from the battery going and buying a new one, nothing was wrong with the phone it was like a brand new phone. They offered us the highest price compared to competitors however once we sent it in and they done their assessments with the phone they offered us a lower price which was unacceptable and the reasons why was all rubbish.
Stay away 👍🏾

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs, plenty of genuine and more professional services available.

In all of my years reselling and recycling handsets, I've never before witnessed a phone quote be reduced by over 50% upon receipt.Instead of the quoted £140, they ignored their previous quote and offered just £69 for a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 in mint condition, had never even been taken outside of the house, much less out of my expensive Samsung LED Flip Wallet case. I work from home and I go to extreme lengths to care for and respect expensive equipment.

My handset has yet to be returned. If it doesn't arrive back safely and in the same condition in which it was sent, I will be filing a formal crime reference with Actionfraud.

I'd suggest anyone else who has been subjected to this daylight robbery to do the same, and also to draft a short letter explaining your experience and email it to local and national press, as well as BBC's Watchdog, and Trading Standards. You can contact trading standards in their area by visiting the Essex County Council website.

Go elsewhere or waste your time

Sent my pristine Samsung device to this shower, with an offer of £50. Tracking meant I could see when it arrived, although my account with them didn't show arrival until the day following its signed for receipt. Zoomfish sent a request that I look at the account I'd had to open with them, the following day. Claiming that the battery had expanded, I had a revised offer of £15. Because I didn't respond 'accept new offer' I had to wait A FORTNIGHT for them to return my device. THE BATTERY IN THE PHONE WAS BRAND NEW. I can only assume that they prey on the desperate and they weren't having my phone for such a risible price. All in all, a month wasted. I've just sold it on eBay for £68. What particularly irks is that this inept set up is part of a charity and as their profits are gift-aided to the charity they are effectively abusing our tax dollars as well. Appalling in every way. I have had to 'guess' my ZF number, based on my reference number - I've emailed twice and no response - what a way to avoid getting poor feedback! Avoid or be disappointed

Competitive price but admin delay

Competitive price offered and easy-to-use service. However, my phone appeared to have got lost for some time after delivery to ZoomFish, so that it took 17 days for payment to reach my account.

Simple site & Great services!

Straight forward website, easy to use, simple forms.
They sent the free envelope to my home quickly and the money that I was promised from filling out the form correctly was sent straight to my account. Great service, and the best part is they buy your broken items even cracked screens/liquid damage!!

Great services!

Avoid !

Avoid !! Website says one price but they offer you with a much lower price upon receipt of the phone and use minor marks to do this. The website simply asks if the phone is working, nothing else. If they want to know the precise condition they should ask not mess people around. I now have to wait 2 weeks for my phone to be returned to me. £25 less that quoted all because of 2 minor scuffs. ZOOMFISH Gadgets (a bunch of Crooks)

Since Posting My first review of this Company... I have Since Been , Conned , & Cheated ... I Got a price for My IPAD PRO 12.9 inch ... I checked the trade in price for it ... I was happy with the price. So I took it out of its Case & Screen Protected (cover) & cleaned it with a microfibre cloth ... Showing the Wife How immaculate & Spotless it was in the Process... So I put it back in its original box with its Accessories & Shipped it in the Postage Bag Zoomfish sent me ... Next day an email arrives saying they have my Device & after checking they would send the agreed money to my Bank ... an hr or So Later another email saying new offer (or something like that) As My iPad was Damaged???? Anyone who Knows me.... knows how I treat ALL my items OLD or NEW exactly the same... Cased & or Screen protected from opening the Boxes & As I promised the Wife to sell a gadget before buying Another ... I felt obliged to except the Lower Price! Despite TRYING to phone the Company Before Accepting their Offer .... what's the Point of a Company having a phone Number & Website when they Cannot be Contacted!

not really worth it

Sent my iPad off in perfect condition and was quoted £81. I then get a message to say it has a burnt screen and chipping on the screen; which I can honestly say the chip was never there before I sent it. The burnt screen I had never noticed before but never mind.
It then took 2 weeks to be sent back to me, obviously wanting me to change my mind!!
Not even worth the hassle of sending it off

Sold my iPhone 5s and iPhone 6

Sold my iPhone 5s and iPhone 6 in May, got my free post label from the website and dropped off at the post office. I got a reciept from the post office with a tracking number on it and then tracked the item after posting to see it had arrived. I was paid the amount into my PayPal account the afternoon it said it was delivered. All in all very good service. I have an iPad to sell when I get the new iPad Air so will be sending that in too. Many thanks Chris

Sold my iPhone 6 Plus and pro

Sold my iPhone 6 Plus the big one and this company received it on Monday and payment was in my account Monday afternoon, few emails along the way to tell
Me what was going on as well.

When it was received I got an email to state this and then when I was paid I got an email telling me this too.

I checked my bank and the money was there.

Very good service, the only this I would say is that it says on the website that the payment will go through at 4pm and 5pm but my payment went through at 5.30. Other than that small
Issue it was all good. I have since sent in my iPad Pro 32gb and again the same good service.

On the website I have my account so I can just login and not have to put all my details in over and over which is good although I have to put my payment method in again each time as these are not stored for security I guess.

Anyway happy Customer cheers

Don't waste your time!

I'd been a loyal customer to Orange for 20 years until I had to change to EE. Unfortunately I put my phone as locked to this network when requesting my quote. Why was this even an option? They no longer exist?? Zoomfish then knocked over £40 off the price they offered me. I asked why a network that didn't even exist when my phone was released was worth more to them than current provider. I never did get a response to that? They must've been delighted then they realised my stupid mistake!
Well, asked for my phone back, in it's pristine condition and beautifully unbashed, unmarked box. It arrived back bashed, black fingerprints and big sticky stickers over the box and the sleeve! As you can imagine, I was overjoyed. I emailed them to explain this now reduced my chances of receiving the best price - as they advised did my 'Orange' error had. Guess what... I've never heard from them again.
I read all the reviews before sending my phone and thought it wouldn't happen to me. That's well and truly taught me a valuable lesson.
Sorry, but I would not recommend or suggest using this company.

This company is sick and nasty

This company is sick and nasty. I had a brand new I phone 7 256 in box but desperate for money for my 3 kids as out of work so I sold it in good will £600 short and got a quote for £421 so accepted as desperate go quick mine. I should have run the other reviews of what this company do and ran a mile but I stupidly trusted them and guess what they said a brand new phone in s box had burn marks etc so new quote £301. I was scared I was not going to get a penny going by past reviews as impossible to speak to anyone there as phone just rings and they never reply to email so accepted. They are a nasty horrible company which took food from my children and lie about damage to devices but I'm sure If I had asked my for device back they would have caused a burn mark. I received this phone from my phone provider brand new and that same day I sent it to these cowboys. I feel like the biggest fool but please no one else fall for this as your trust will be taken advantage of. On Monday I will be advising trading standards of what has happened.
