Easy review of the product and easy to place the order.

appreciated keeping to the rush timeline and improving my file. Thanks!

The customer service is extremely helpful and quick with responses. My only reasoning for not giving 5 stars is that my issue had to do with duty charges that were billed directly to me by the shipper. I think Vessi should ensure that these shipping costs are billed to them as stated on their website.

Ordered from an online store I've ordered from many times before, they seem to have recently switched couriers to GoBolt.

GoBolt couldn't complete my delivery, claiming my address was incorrect when I've used the exact same address with the same store in the past with no issues. They did not call, text or email me even once for delivery instructions, and their buggy "verify it's you" link would not let me verify with my postal code at all (multiple attempts from both my phone and laptop) in order for me to add delivery instructions.

I emailed them after their first failed attempt with delivery instructions, and got a couple of canned AI responses reassuring me they would deliver. A few days later they returned my package to the store without even attempting another delivery.

The store did refund my order but I'm considering avoiding buying from them now solely because they're using this incompetent courier.

Very fast and when send a question it's answered quickly

Prices are great and everything always arrives promptly.

Why would you ship anything using DHL? Look at their rating, look at their reviews. I am one of the latest "DHL VICTIMS". I had a parcel shipped to me however what happened after that is a mystery. They said they tried to deliver, but unsuccessful, for whatever reason. No second attempt, no call. Trying to find my package now, talked to 3 different DHL people including a jag-off supervisor and all I got was 3 different stories, lies and state-of-the-art buck passing. Bottom line conclusion is that nobody knows anyhing at DHL and my package is forever lost. Please tell me if there is a class-action lawsuit against this company, I want to sign up. WHY WOULD YOU SHIP ANYTHING USING DHL? (OTHER THAN TO CREATE HARDSHIP, FRUSTRATION, DISAPPOINTMENT, LOSS OF MONEY/PROPERTY FOR SOMEONE) READ THE REVIEWS, LOOK AT THEIR RATING.

Niruja Yogeswaran provided prompt and excellent feedback during the entire process. Making something that could have been painful very easy instead.
