Their support team are always really helpful. No long waiting times for replies to live chats or tickets, and it’s always nice and easy to get through to someone. As for the hosting itself, I’ve had no problems at all and I love all the white label features that are available included in the price. The discount on domain names for resellers is also a great bonus.

Really impressed with the services provided from 20i, they have a really well developed platform. I am currently using their Reseller platform and love the vast range of features and was blown away with how much is allowed to be white labelled. Took a few considerations for us due to their price increase but really couldn’t find anywhere else with the same features so could understand the value of the price.

As a Support Director from one of the UK's largest software firms, I always knew and appreciated good support when I saw it. When I started my own web software firm in which Support was crucial and central to what I do, a personal recommendation led me to give 20i a try. Although I'd been pleased with my previous provider's support, 20i is a whole new level and, along with their strong white label offering, this focus on great customer service made their package completely unmatchable in my opinion. I soon began to migrate all my services to them. I have never regretted this, as every interaction I have ever had with their Support team has been quickly, politely and expertly resolved - no matter whether it is a technical issue or simply me wondering how to get the best out of their service, the responses have been very prompt and extremely thorough (and friendly). I know that support this good is not easy to achieve and relies on great people, good processes and quite a bit of investment. I am pleased to thoroughly recommend 20i based on how much they clearly value their customers.

I sincerely don't believe I've ever known such a professional, friendly, efficient hosting company as 20i.

I had an issue today on one of my websites where all of the pages - except the Home Page - disappeared and the content was replaced with the dreaded white screen with 'Not Found on This Server' showing.

Sorted very quickly by Oliver from Support, I can't thank them enough, everyone I've dealt with deserve 10 out of 10.

The backend is excellent and so is the Support in all departments.

I left Heart because of persistent downtime, not just the move to the new data centre or the power outage in 2016, there just always seemed to be on-going problems. I left GoDaddy because the email on their shared hosting was a nightmare (hotmail servers rejected almost everything; 1&1, now Ionos, have the same problems), and then I found 20i through Adwords of all places which I never normally click on, and I’m glad I did.

The Reseller hosting really is exceptional. Transferring domains and migrating existing websites (inc. wordpress) and mailboxes from other hosts is a doddle. You can design your own white label hosting packages, control the access and pricing for customers etc. It all works really well and in approx. 3 years with them I haven’t noticed any problems in terms of downtime or things going wrong. The support is great as well, they answer quickly and are very helpful. So all in all highly recommended.

The only negative worth mentioning is the substantial price increase for Reseller Hosting in 2020. I joined in 2018 with the £1 first month deal still on at time of writing. I’m not VAT registered so the invoices were 2018 £325.20, 2019 £359.99, and 2020 £461.87. This is a £100 price increase in 12 months which is really quite substantial. Hopefully we’ll have to wait a good while until they raise prices again. Still 5 stars though because they’re so good.

Pity there wasn't 10 stars, if there was, this company would deserve them.

The standards of service at 20i should be the benchmark for other companies to aspire to and I don't say that lightly.

I had two problems which occurred within 24 hours of each other, one of them self inflicted, but Support responded quickly to both of my tickets and rectified them.

Both involved the dreaded White Screen of Death, which no one wants to see, but thanks to 20i Support the problems were solved quickly and efficiently.

Really happy with the hosting services that 20i provide. It works pretty much flawlessly and with auto-scaling, SSD based hosting, that truly is that, I can't complain!

Support is real top-notch too - they are almost always on-hand, even though it is not 24x7 support at time of writing. Staff are knowledgable and happy to help with your problems, though issues are often rare it has to be said.

Reselling with 20i is a breeze too - everything is very white-label and customisable to your own brand, which makes me very pleased.

I've used a whole range of hosting companies in the past, but 20i are definitely my favourite. There's currently nothing that would make me look to move.

I moved all my client reseller hosting to 20i last year and I'm really happy I did. The interface is intuitive, there's more white-label work I could do, but I'm happy for clients to know it's 20i that's supporting them. Whenever I have an issue the customer support is great, really efficient, friendly and human!

As a relative beginner to website creation & migration I find 20i's menu layout extremely user-friendly and the number of services they offer to create website hosting packages is impressive. Not only is the technical side of things well taken-care of, their white label agency/marketing tools (including templates) make billing and keeping in touch with clients easy and creates a professional look - PLUS their level of customer support is *outstanding*

We signed up as a reseller to serve a demand from a couple of clients - We have always pushed web hosting to our web design company. Ultimately we repair PCs and give business support. We don't do websites and to do them you have to do them well.

Our clients refused to use anyone but us - We have built up a rapport with them over 8 years and following being let down by their old provider we looked for white label hosting - We found 20i and haven't looked back since,

3 times we have transferred websites over to "our" hosting and we have had issues - with the websites, not 20i.

3 times I have started support tickets with 20i and 3 times they have ended up rewriting our client's websites to make them work - and in one case restructured the site completely to make it faster and easier to navigate (at 10pm!!) All issues have been resolved also within 4 hours of initial ticket.

I haven't ever experienced such high a level of professionalism and service in my 17 years of trade - It is literally a pleasure to sell as I know if there is an issue they are there for us.

The service that I have received from 20i has been exceptional. Quite often, with web hosting, the initial impression you get from the sales pages of a web hosting company seem to cover up the poor customer service, slow servers, and bad experience that you subsequently receive - not with 20i.

As a person who used cPanel religiously, I was very scared and dubious of coming away to something new, and after a poor time with my previous host, I managed to come across 20i - and I was mightily impressed with the price, the spec, and the ease of management - however the lack of cPanel was a real concern to me, as I thought it might sacrifice some of the flexibility you get.

I decided to trial 20i for a month with their introductory offer, and quickly fell in love with the system. The "look" of the back end was easy to understand and was feature-rich, plus, migrating my existing sites across was a complete doddle. As soon as I switched my name-servers over to the 20i service, I was excited to see what kind of speed the new set up could offer.

I was blown away.

I'm not entirely sure how they do it, but a site thank took over 8 seconds to load previously now took under 1! The dedicated Wordpress environment they have, twinned with StackCache, seems to give the site an immediacy that I never thought was possible.

As well as this, the customer support responses have been fast and concise, the usability of their StackPanel system is second to none, and the management of domains and hosting environments is also so so easy too.

As a reseller, I was also surprised to find, tucked away, a load of white-label bits of documentation that I can use on my own site in order to market their hosting package, plus there were over 100 logos that I could use for my sites too - which I have never seen offered by a web host before.

I am so thankful for finding this company because it means I can run unlimited websites, backed up every night, and I don't have the worry of what will happen after a cPanel upgrade (most of the times it caused site outages and a whole host of coding problems).

I know that testimonials should be subjective, but at this moment, the whole experience has just been tremendous. My only criticism is - why haven't more people switched to this company yet?!
