I feel the product quality is so so for the money spent, where other competitions are less expensive with the same performance. The stainless steel feels soft even though the unit is quite heavy. It is motion sensor however if the company can design the control to have more feelings on the touch. The biggest complain is the instruction manual. I get this is a Taiwanese company and most people would pay for the installation, but when it comes to self install customers, you got to provide a MUCH BETTER instructions and steps on the wall mount. The panel shows 0080 error code when plugged in and Pacific scheduled a technician to come out, we will see what happens.
