The lids do not screw on effortlessly. The are not high quality for sure but the price was also not too high. The print also did not show up well and font should have been able to be larger. We wish the reviewer from the company would have warned us of this.

We're sorry to hear that your item didn't live up to expectations! After review, your imprint was indeed as wide as is possible to imprint on this item. Our quality review will certainly warn you if your design will be too small to read (luckily not the case with this order), but we know that when you're approving the art digitally, it can be hard to tell true size on a curved product. We'd be more than happy to work with you on proofing a layout that allows for larger size in the future, and using some more of the vertical space!
