I did run into a few issues with bag stitching. Of the 250 bags ordered, about 10 had stitching issues we would not have been comfortable giving out. The company was very helpful in getting the bags replaced. I can tell the black straps are just thinner strips of fabric stitched down over more sturdy canvas handles, but I wasn't expecting a perfectly put together designer purse. Overall, these bags were much larger than expected and good quality for the price. All our logos came out crisp and the color is perfect, so I would recommend these with the contingency to check that the bag is fully stitched properly.
